COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Just as the name states, this Pilsner is brewed to withstand the myriad of beer consumers. Respected by beer geeks, and loved by ‘light’ beer drinkers, this lager caters to all pallets. Patience must be exercised during this delicate brewing process which takes over double the time as a typical ale. Only the finest Noble hops are used to balance the slightly grainy malt profile. Lager yeast creates a crisp, dry finish that leaves your pallet refreshed and wanting more.

Draft. Straw yellow body with a frothy white head. Aroma of toasted grain, straw, herbal. The flavor is moderately sweet and lightly bitter. It finishes lightly to moderately sweet and lightly to moderately bitter. Medium body, watery/sticky texture, lively carbonation. Crisp. Hint of raw grain in the finish, but otherwise clean, dry.

It pours clear bright yellow with a white head. It has a light crisp body with a bit of biting carbonation. The taste has dry pils malt, light sulfur, spice, cut grass and a brightness. Nice.

6oz on tap at Twenty Tap. Clear golden orange color. Thin off-white head. Few dots of lace. Medium body. Smooth, kind of crisp, lighter carbonation. More dry finish. Kind of peppery, clean crackery flavor. Very mild doughiness. Moderate bitter taste, lighter sweet. An OK pilsener.

b3shine (9208) - Indiana, USA - AUG 31, 2014
Draft to taster at the brewpub. Looks solid; a transarent golden orange with thin white lacing. Smells of mild hops and pilsner malt and soft lager yeast. Tastes like it smells with a nice, snappy mouthfeel. Solid, but would be much better if it were hopped up a bit more.
