Light to medium sweet flavor with some dark toast, light chocolate, mellow leafy bitterness. Light bodied with fine carbonation. Light sweetness to finish with dark toast, mild berries, leaves. Cask at The Kings Head, The Chiltern Brewery pub Aylesbury, 21-03-08 Chesnut brown in colour with a a thin off white head. Tasted good and quite fruity with a nice tanginess about it. Nice blaance of sweetness and just some bitterness there. Caramel comes through and this isn’t a bad mild at all.

MesandSim (7117) - London, Greater London, ENGLAND - MAY 28, 2007
A Mes rate: Gravicask at Reading Festival. This was the winner of the best local mild for 2007. Personally I found it bland and watery even for a mild. Very pale colour for a mild. Too much tea and no character.
