Excellent brew! This is a choice that has converted many commercial domestic beer drinkers! It’s one of the tastes that micro brews yearn for! Smooth, warm and filling. Subtly sweet and swallows mellow with no sting to slow you down! Fresh baked bread and the noted apricot pleasantly greet you! Relatively inexpensive considering it’s origin. Available everywhere! Great selection!
Bottle. Hazy copper colour, average to large tan head with good duration. Aroma of caramel, toffee, dried fruits, dates, plums, raisins, dark fruits, light spice. Taste is medium sweet and light+ bitter, caramel, dried fruits, plums, raisins, brown sugar, some pale fruits (apricot). Fruits and spices in the finish. Medium+ body, average carbonation. Bottle at home on 12th February 2018. Pours reddish brown with pale yellow foams day partial lacing. Light malt/fruity aroma. Fruity, malty, spicy and nutty in-mouth - hazelnut. Bottle. Rich red fruit, oak, Belgian yeast, wheat, minerals. Red cherry, sour cherry. Parmesan cheese. Slight acetone. Bubblegum. Corn. Loose off white head. Hazy red brown body. Alkaline taste with a touch of sweetness. Some tartness. Full bodied. Warming. Well carbonated.

UPDATED: FEB 7, 2018 Flaske. Lidt tåget brun ale. Let skum som svinder til tynd lag. Lidt sødlig mørk ristet aroma. Mørk malt, lidt sød, skummende fornemmelse, chikane gær. God øl, men ikke på niveau med den blå.
