Chestnut flower. Fairly funky, intense aroma, hard to describe, it has the salt/umami profile of shawarma. Almost bitter. Intense, rich rich honey, delicate florals, great.

Bottle from Birratrovo, Como, synthetic cork, L 0211, 2 years old
Measured Final Gravity: 1043

Light amber color, a bit dull. It has the unmistakeable aroma of chestnut honey, mild and woody. Sweet, with a good body; flavor with character, some chestnut honey, wood, mild tannins, and very light final bitterness; low acidity.
Very good.
