Bottle... Pours cloudy and yellow with a small, tight, white head. Excellent retention. The aroma is citrusy, offering lemon zest and table cracker with a trace of clove. Medium to full-bodied with soft carbonation. The flavor is bready and moderately bitter with a spicy clove-like phenol. Bottle courtesy of biggsbowler! Bottle, shared at RBAG 2014. Cloudy yellow, creamy off white head. Aroma of celery and funk. Pale malts, Betty with vegetal undertones, a tad thin and lacking in character. cpetrone84 (1810) - Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, USA - JUL 15, 2014
Pour is heavily hazed golden amber with a fluffy bubbly off white head. Nose is fantastic, loads of citrus, assumedly Brett, nice peppery balance and a softer Saison yeast to it. Taste is also darn good. Tons of citrus up front with a fair bit more Saison farmhouse funk to it. Gentle pepper to balance. Moderately dry finish, well carbonated and lighter body. Finish is a hint light, maybe due to strong carbonation, still awesome.

Sample @ RBWG, Asheville. Hazy deep gold pour with a modest white head. Earthy saison yeast, summery countryside. Boiled grain and some woody funk. Melon and pear summer fruits. Quite dry. A bit of pepper. Buggy tang. Light body, nimble on the palate. Nice. Dogbrick (13751) - Columbus, Ohio, USA - JUN 8, 2014
Hazy orange-gold color with a medium thick frothy white head that dissipates steadily to an outer ring. Stringy lacing on the glass. Aroma of grainy malt, fruit and hops. Medium-bodied with flavors of grainy malt, fruit and grassy hops. The finish is fruity with an herbal hops aftertaste. Pretty good all around.
