Bottle shared downtown during RBWG 2014 - Asheville Late-Nite. Cheers! Pours hazy yellow with a creamy, white head. Moderate brett in the nose, mellow melon. Light sweet flavor with good poopy brett notes, light citrus, a little grassy bitterness. Light in body with average carbonation. Moderately sweet on the finish with more forward brett character, funk, diaper and poo. Solid funky number.

Thanks to Phil for sharing. Hazy orange pour with a white head. BIg time pineapple, peach, and funky Brett aromas. Really horsey and heavy on the barnyard. Some white grape, lemon zest, and floral notes. Flavor is pretty funky with some decent fruit character. Notes of peach and grape, lemon, and a touch of tropical fruit. Heavy on the earthy, horsey Brett notes. Nice dry finish.

Bottle - White grape, funky citrus and yogurt. Cloudy gold with a rich white head. Lots of yeasty Brett and pale malt. Nothing but a Brett bomb.

750 c&c from The Davis Beer Shoppe. Pours very hazy orange gold with a creamy whiteish head. Aromas of light brett and light pitted fruit. Med + body. Vigorous carb. Flavor is earthy/bretty. Strongly so - not enough to hurt - but stronger than oh so many bretts these days. Spelt vs. barley? Not sure I can tell. Seems malty in a dilute way. Finishes spritely, earthy and bretty. Nice ale. Very.

Bottle. Pours a cloudy orange with thick white head leaving stick lacing. The aroma a strong brett, funk, spice. Medium mouth, fruity, brett, oak, light dry finish, very good.

Bottle. Poured a cloudy copper color with an average to large frothy white head that mostly lasted with excellent lacing. Moderate sour fruit, floral and yeast aroma. Medium to full body with a smooth texture and soft carbonation. Medium to heavy floral sour & sweet flavor with a medium to heavy sweet & sour finish of moderate duration. My expectation where exceeded.

Hazy orange-gold color with a medium thick frothy white head that dissipates steadily to an outer ring. Stringy lacing on the glass. Aroma of grainy malt, fruit and hops. Medium-bodied with flavors of grainy malt, fruit and grassy hops. The finish is fruity with an herbal hops aftertaste. Pretty good all around.

Odd beer, there used to be a place called golden prairie in Chicago which brewed for Sheffield’s bar where I consumed this. Its a nice.malt forward fruity and spicy ale with a balance of hops.
