sample at DLD - the bottle says Kreb’s Biere de Garde. It pours hazy light amber with a yeasty, malty aroma. The flavor is of caramel malt and has some good fruit accents. Yeasty and sweet, it’s medium bodied and easy drinking. While not outstanding, it’s enjoyable. Thanks to whoever brought this rare brew. Drake (14036) - Milwaukee, Wisconsin, USA - APR 3, 2008
Bottle from soonah. Thanks! Pours a very orange and cloudy with a thin and quickly dissipating head. Aroma is yeast and citrus with maybe a little bit of grass thrown in. None of the maltiness this pretends to have in the aroma. But it looks malty! We’ll see shortly! Taste is caramel, cereal and honey. Sweet with a sour balance. Light and lively. Something seems to be a bit off in the body but overall a very nice beer. bitbucket (2165) - Kirkland, Washington, USA - MAR 13, 2008
Bomber. Pours clear dark amber with an off-white head. Light body and carbonation. Clean, light toffee and hay taste. Crisp, refreshing and lightly lemony finish. A tip of the hat to Krebs, OK! after4ever (8025) - Mukilteo, Washington, USA - MAR 10, 2008
22. Clear dark ruddy amber with a surging, fizzy whitish head. Light sugary nose. Medium fizzy body. Light grass and sugary mid-palate. Hay and lemon finish. IrishBoy (4224) - Bakersfield, California, USA - FEB 29, 2008
Bottle from Soonah! Nose of yeast, very light funkiness, and a little corriander; lightly hazed amber with a big beige head; flavor is light caramel, some spicy pepperiness, light tart notes, and some very miniscule alcohol warth in the finish. Pretty good BDG!

Appearance: Pours a hazy, orangey body with a small white head.
Smell: Aroma of caramel malts, a handful of grains, a handful of field flowers, with a bright golden delicious apple fruitiness and a pinch of yeasty spice.
Taste: Light caramel maltiness with a bit of graininess. More of the fruity apple character from the nose. Light floral hoppiness with just a touch of bitterness. Peppery, tartish finish and then it’s over.
Mouthfeel: Medium-thin body. Medium carbonation.
Drinkability: Not bad! It’s a treat to finally try something from the great state of Oklahoma. Cletus (6355) - Connecticut, USA - JAN 19, 2008
Bottle courtesy of soonah. Pours copper with a white head. Smells citrussy with lots of perfumy wildflower hints and metallic. Tastes earthy with a light fruity character. Mothfeel is peppery with a finish that yields an element of spiciness. swanmann (776) - Nompton, Oklahoma, USA - DEC 22, 2007
Bottle poured orange tinted amber with a thin tan ring of foam. The aroma has a caramel backbone of sweetness and bright floral hops. The yeast gives that sweetness and the full mouthfeel. Slightly warming. Probably the best aside from the seasonal Choctoberfest. It’s a great offering.
