pours a hazy, ruddy yellow/amber with a thick white head. Aroma is pretty much like a lightly soured pilsner...crisp hoppiness...citrus...with mild soapy notes, grassy with light maltiness. Flavor is much more sour than the aroma suggests...acidic and lemony with some musty funk...wheaty. Mouthfeel is light and silky with a tart dry finish. Interesting and tasty! nearbeer (5419) - Knoxville, Tennessee, USA - AUG 3, 2013
On tap. Lightly hazy and golden with a small head. Aroma of lightly tart cherry, wheat, citrus, and wood. Flavors of cherry toffee, oak, citrus and a bit of fish sauce. Medium body has medium-high carbonation and is well balanced with sweet, salty, sour and umami notes. djd07 (14508) - Houston, Texas, USA - AUG 24, 2013
Bottle. Pours a cloudy gold with small frothy white head that lasts awhile. The aroma is sour fruit and grain. Thin mouthfeel with light sourness and salt in the finish. Easy to drink, very good. phaleslu (10264) - Cincinnati, Ohio, USA - NOV 15, 2013
750 ml bottle shared by dudeabide- thanks again, Nate! New label. A lot better looking than the old Signature series labels. Pours a hazy, pale gold with a small white head that settles into a ring. Aroma of salt, pale malts, husky grains, straw, and lemon. The flavor hits the same basic notes, but with more lemon. Wheat in both, too, maybe some sourdough and coriander. Light-bodied, with moderate carbonation and a tart, dry mouthfeel. Refreshing and nice. deekyn (1459) - San Francisco, California, USA - NOV 24, 2013

Aroma: The nose is a little tart, some citrus, a hint of funk, and just a little bit of spice
Appearance: Pours a slightly cloudy golden-orange color with a clean looking, foamy white head
Flavor: Tastes quite a bit more sour then the nose would indicate, citrus/lemon, lightly sweet, and salty too
Palate: This one is medium bodied, its a touch watery, and it finishes with a salty tingle on the tongue
This was an interesting beer. It’s like a much better version of Miller Chill! (I kid, I kid) Sorry, that was mean, it doesn’t really taste anything like Miller Chill, but it is a combination effort of a sour citrus fruit (lemons in this case) and salt, so it has that part in common. I’ll stop with the poor attempt to be funny and just say this: I liked this one, it is rather sour, and a touch salty, but the combination seems to work. It is a touch watery on the mouth, but otherwise has a pretty decent feel. The head has a nice, thick foam on top of it, that looks a little cleaner then the heads of most beers. I’d drink it again, but it isn’t something I’d want to drink in this kind of quantity again anytime soon. A 750 ml bottle of this one is probably better for sharing.
Copper orange color, off white head. Aroma is floria coorinador, salt, wheat, Gatorade, and good. The taste is salt, dry, spice, wheat, and tart.
