750ml C&C bottle shared by jcwattsrugger, thanks John. Poured a clear apple cider brown thin to medium flat body and a very small white foamy head. Aroma is a bit odd, notes of vanilla candy, candles, rotting apple, bad fruit. Medium bodied with average carbonation to slightly stronger carbonation that has a lingering sourness on the aftertaste. Taste is more to style with a nice tartness that is not overpowering, like a watered down lemon, along with soft saltiness, some hint of green apple skins and a touch of funkiness and wet wheat. Nice beer but the aroma needs work. jcwattsrugger (12418) - Florida and, New Jersey, USA - JAN 31, 2014

Dimmig, ljusare gul öl med vitt skum. Doften är syrligt fruktig med citron och grapefrukt. I smaken tillkommer salt, hö och örtighet. swanmann (764) - Nompton, Oklahoma, USA - OCT 8, 2011
UPDATED: OCT 11, 2011 From the bottle into a tulip glass: appearance is a hazy golden-orange honey color with lively eggshell colored head which dissipates gradually. It contains a definitive aroma of Belgian yeast, barnyard or damp hay, citrus and alcohol, sort of wine-y. Pucker up... tastes a bit like a lemon slice with a dash of salt. Carbonation is lively. I would say it’s medium bodied. It dances well on the tongue. The flavor is straight forward and offers only slight complexity as it warms. I apologize to the community, as I am the one who added this beer and clicked submit without correcting the fields. The name is Choc Brewmaster’s Signature Michael Lalli Gose. It is a tart ale, per the president of Choc Brewing Co.

11/4/11. 750mL bottle courtesy ericandersnavy! Super hazy/cloudy yellowish/orange pour with a frothy white head that fades fast. Funky aroma of chinese food, salt, sourness, and chalk - it reminds me of a salty berliner weiss. Tart, dry lemon peel flavor that lingers salty like a small mouthful of sea water. It’s like a salty berliner weiss. Interesting, but good. jkwalking05 (4734) - Arlington, Texas, USA - DEC 3, 2011

15cl sample from bottle @SBWF12. Poured hazy, unclear apple juice looking with a thin, creamy white head. Aroma is tart, sour yogurt and light spicy. Flavor has yogurt, fresh orange juice, more tartness towards finish. Very dry, salty. Interesting, crisp and quite refreshing.
