UPDATED: OCT 11, 2011 From the bottle into a tulip glass: appearance is a hazy golden-orange honey color with lively eggshell colored head which dissipates gradually. It contains a definitive aroma of Belgian yeast, barnyard or damp hay, citrus and alcohol, sort of wine-y. Pucker up... tastes a bit like a lemon slice with a dash of salt. Carbonation is lively. I would say it’s medium bodied. It dances well on the tongue. The flavor is straight forward and offers only slight complexity as it warms. I apologize to the community, as I am the one who added this beer and clicked submit without correcting the fields. The name is Choc Brewmaster’s Signature Michael Lalli Gose. It is a tart ale, per the president of Choc Brewing Co. drowland (9191) - Georgia, USA - NOV 4, 2011
11/4/11. 750mL bottle courtesy ericandersnavy! Super hazy/cloudy yellowish/orange pour with a frothy white head that fades fast. Funky aroma of chinese food, salt, sourness, and chalk - it reminds me of a salty berliner weiss. Tart, dry lemon peel flavor that lingers salty like a small mouthful of sea water. It’s like a salty berliner weiss. Interesting, but good. jkwalking05 (4745) - Arlington, Texas, USA - DEC 3, 2011

15cl sample from bottle @SBWF12. Poured hazy, unclear apple juice looking with a thin, creamy white head. Aroma is tart, sour yogurt and light spicy. Flavor has yogurt, fresh orange juice, more tartness towards finish. Very dry, salty. Interesting, crisp and quite refreshing. Cory (382) - , California, USA - MAR 19, 2013
Bottle. Light yellow in color with little head. A lot of citrus in the aroma, grapefruit rind and lemon. Taste is sour and a little bitter in the finish. AR (1002) - Georgia, USA - OCT 12, 2013
Light amber with no head. Nice and tart. Flavor is a somewhat of a lemon-apple wheat. Dry. Hair6a11 (1481) - Illinois, USA - MAR 5, 2014
Bomber : Poor is murky medium gold, with a one finger, fine bubbled spirtzy white head into this glass. It retains poorly here. I think this one has faded a touch at this point - Whatever. The nose is metallic, coriander, with doughey malts and a touch of lemongrass. The flavor profile is quite nice, though (still) - tart lemon and spent grain, with a nice spice note and a salty, dry finish. JK (6379) - St. Louis Park, Minnesota, USA - NOV 1, 2015
GABF 2015. cloudy yellow, some foam. This is really good, moderately sour, salty, some citrus. After the citrus it fades to a dry finish. Nice cloudy appearance.
