COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
The German city of Leipzig is home to one of the world’s most unusual styles: Gose (pronounced "goes-ah"), a tart wheat brew. Despite a centuries old lineage, this eclectic brew recently faced extinction. We pay tribute to this style’s rich history by using premium German pilsner malt, wheat, a dash of coriander and salt. The sourness and dry finish are the perfect treat on a hot summer day. Cheers, Michael Lalli

Bottle shared by GatorGuy92. Cheers, Matt! Pours a hazy pond water yellow with a dissipating white head. Nose is tart wheat, some salt, mild fruit, and some yeast. Flavor is pretty standard salt and tart wheat with mild fruit. Interesting gose overall. Light to medium in body and lingering salt in the finish.

Golden appearance with little to no head. Aroma is sour/tart apple with some mild locker room hints. Flavor is mildly salty/sour with a somewhat funky finish. It’s a little weak if you’re a fan of gose, but it might be a good introduction for people who want to try the style. Wife: 3.25

750ml c&c bottle shared by jcwatts. Sorry for hiding your turkey meatballs on you John. Pours a hazy gold color with almost no head. Aroma of funk, lemon citrus, and hints of herbal tea. Taste of sour acidic lemons, salt, and sour white grapes.

Thanks stevencon! Murky peach pour with no head. Aroma of salty orange juice, but like shitty Winn Dixie orange juice in the best way mixed with pool water. Thicker in body and similar in flavor but more sweet and less tart. Not bad.

Sample at SBWF 2015. Hazy golden with a minimal head. Tart with citrus, some vinegar, apples and some hay. Also light notes of coriander. Soft and easy to drink. An ok one.

Draught at the Tapwerks Bricktown, Oklahoma City, OK. Shared with deyholla.
Clear golden colour with a tiny white head. Sweetness, fruitiness and malt in the aroma. Sourness and maltiness in the flavour. Thinnish. Not very Gose like. I just love proper Leipziger Gose but unfortunately this is not very close to that.

Bottle thanks to northernbrews. Aroma is sea water, brine, lemon and wheat. Taste has a light sourness. Pretty salty. Kinda watery and brine-y. Light lemon. Decent.
