Bottle poured into a shaker. Pours a cloudy dark gold with a solid 3 fingers of thick white head. Aroma of citrus and spruce. Taste is heavily bitter. Citrus at first, then dominated by pine and grapefruit. Full bodied with a somewhat thin texture. Lively carbonation and a super long finish. Overall, very good. Just wish I had a couple more bottles. I’ll definitely be looking for more from these guys.

Bottle thanks to ksurkin. Pours a hazy gold with thin white head. Nose is citrus, lemon, orange peel, maybe some coriander. Flavor is orange, mild bitterness, lemon, and some peanuts. Roasted malts on the finish. Very well balanced pale ale! I truly enjoyed this one!

Tasted on 4/15/13 from a 12oz twist-cap bottle purchased at Grand Cru. Pours hazy orange with a thick white head that slowly recedes to average lace. The nose is a nice blend of caramelized orange peel, honey, a touch of caramel, citrus, and resin hops. The flavor is the same, with the caramelized orange peel the main focus and all of the bitter hops notes balancing the sweet notes. The body is medium with average carbonation and a long resin hops and caramelized orange peel finish. This is a solid pale ale.

UPDATED: OCT 2, 2013 Another Oklahoma beer with an amazing nose...must be something in the water. Pours a beautiful orange with diminishing head. Aroma of something like mango and sweet mandarin oranges. Flavor is citrusy with a nice hop profile.

Bottle, courtesy of OKBeerFan. Thanks! Pour is clear golden orange with a big white head and good lacing. Fruity, citrusy, oranges, bready, doughy, light grass, somewhat earthy, and light vanilla in the aroma. Taste is more weed and grass heavy, grapefruit peel, candied oranges, bread, light caramel, and spicy hops with a medium bitter finish. Sticky mouthfeel with high carbonation. Damn solid IPA.
