Cask, The Salmon, Leicester. Near black with a firm cream foam. Aromas are dark cherry with vinous and plummy notes. Coffee with some dark chocolate and woody notes with yeast. Flavours are sweet and sour dark berries with dry coffee and grapefruit bitterness. Earthy with base chocolate and a very peppery finish. Nice.
