Yaaay I got to add the brewery and the beer and be the first one to rate it even though it’s from another country. Draught at Pivovarsky Klub, Prague. Poured an extremely dark brown, black almost body with a thick off white head that went away slowly. A pleasant nose, coffee, roast, some light caramel, sweetish. The tase is sweet, with almost sugary notes of caramel. Some roast and some weak weak lemony notes round things up. Sweet but not assertive and a very pleasant surprise. Opaquer cola- to chestnut coloured beer; small beige, slightly irregular head. Rainwater, wet dog but also malt syrup, bready and leafy; suggesting serious sweetness. Way less sweet than expected, in fact, serious punch of bitterness, both roasted and chestnut - of the horse persuasion. Gets sweeter all the same once warming up, returning to the bready aromacomponent. Bit empty, watery; just hints at grist slickness. Long bitterish aftertaste. Surprisingly bitter - which doesn’t spoil anything, of course. Many thanks to Honza! Svesse (8613) - Hässelby, SWEDEN - SEP 14, 2012
(Draught at Pivovarsky Klub, Prague, 27 July 2012) Dark brown colour, almost black, with creamy beige head. Malty, roasted nose with coffee, moccha, chocolate and dark fruit. Malty, roasted taste with notes of chocolate, coffee, hints of sweet liquorice and dark fruit. Gentle roasty bitterness in the finish. Medium body, with a certain sweetness. Quite nice. gopherfan99 (1955) - Minnesota, USA - AUG 30, 2014

Bottled. A deep red beer with a lazing tan head. The aroma has notes of straw, malt, and caramel. The flavor is very sweet with notes of malt, caramel, and straw, leading to a bitter finish. Thanks yespr for sharing. Gurthnar (5913) - Bratislava, SLOVAK REPUBLIC - SEP 24, 2012
Tap at Hostinec Richtar Jakub. Big beige head. Very dark ruby colour. Aroma caramel, roasted malt, light coffee, fruity. Taste medium caramel sweet, light roasted bitter. Too sweet for me. Finish sweet caramel, light roasted, hints of coffee.
