Ottima blond ale profumata e leggermente fruttata al naso ma anche al gusto. Meno dolce e corposa rispetto alla cugina La chouffe. Note più speziate e erbacee che la rendono forse più beverina. ---Rated BY Italianbeer85

Smagt hos J & C. Tak Mads. Korn, karamal, citron, rødlig, tæt lang skum, lidt sød og lidt sur, let, vandede, blød, speciel og god.

I was fortunate enough to have one of these in Antwerp. It was quite nice. Hazy golden with a long lasting white head. Sweet with a spicy hop aroma quality that was very surprising. Medium-full bodied. Spicy taste that lingers for a minute and then is gone.

Beste slap, ietwat hoppig bier met vrij weinig karakter. Had meer van lachouffe verwacht.

The aroma is fresh, grassy, and spicy. The color is a clear amber and it has a beutiful white head. The flavor is sweet, malty, and spicy. It ends on a dry grassy and hoppy note. The body is somewhat thin - must be because of the low ABV by Belgian standards

Nicely fragrant summer beer. Flowery hops contribute to aroma along w. a peppery spiciness, fresh sawdust, soap - sounds a bit odd but nice. Reddish-gold color w. nice creamy head, which remains well into your drinking. Earthy enough to be called a saison but w. an English ale fruitiness - a hybrid beer, perhaps. Finishes cleanly, and a bit dry. A touch light struck, but very drinkable.

Aroma of sour apple and hops, with a cloudy, dark golden colour. light apple flavour but lacks a solid body flavour.
