The aroma is fresh, grassy, and spicy. The color is a clear amber and it has a beutiful white head. The flavor is sweet, malty, and spicy. It ends on a dry grassy and hoppy note. The body is somewhat thin - must be because of the low ABV by Belgian standards.

(750ml) Here I sit in my 58 degree house, lacking a working furnace, the temperature 40 degrees outside, with a summer beer in hand. Hazy amber topped by medium beige head -- yeast toward the bottom of the bottle clouds the beer significantly as I continue to pour. Aroma is sweet, floral, peach, pineapple, light caramel. Taste is mild sweet, some lemon, light toffee and caramel, finishing with herbal hops. Light-medium body with some acidity. Quite drinkable -- I went through the entire bottle remarkably quickly.

Bottled, 1999 vintage. Hazy orange colour, mediumsized white head. Aroma is really fruity along with some toffee and mild acidic notes. Also quite big hops notable. Flavour is very much toffee (fudge) along with some mild grassyness and spices. Also quite flowery notes. Smooth and wellaged.

75cl Bottle. Vintage 2000. Pours unclear amber with a creamy white head. Nose is sweet malty. Caramel and fruit with a vague oxidized note. Flavor is yeast, caramel and fruit with a good deal of carbonation left. Holding up pretty well after 11 years only being 4,5%.

Smagt hos J & C. Tak Mads. Korn, karamal, citron, rødlig, tæt lang skum, lidt sød og lidt sur, let, vandede, blød, speciel og god.

Poured on draft at gnome week at the galley. Pale hazy yellow with a rather frothy white head. Aroma is kinda odd yeasty wheaty. Not great in that regard. Taste grew on me with its wheat influence, but still just seems to be lacking something. Overall, good, but I don’t think Id bother with it again.
