pale yellow. pretty bottle. aroma is okay, muted apple juice. tastes bottle conditioned. Very musty, warming, boozy and sweetness is very muted. I’m impressed by the similarities to a fine wine. great work.

Bottled. Pours clear golden with a small white head. Arom of apples, woody notes and a hint of vinegar. Slightly sweet flavor that ends up dry with a touch of sourness. Light bodied, watery texture and average carbonation. A nice apple Cider indeed.

750 ml corked bottle. Short-lived white head, pale copper colored body. Inviting aroma of over-ripe apples. Wooden notes and a hint of vermouth. Taste is sweet, spiced apples. Some sour fruit notes underneath. Good body. Both sweet and light astringent apple-fruity finish. A very nice one.

From 750mL, RBSG grand tasting. Moderate cider aroma, apple with musk. Clear with amber hue, no head. Light carb and medium-light body. Sweet Normandy-styel cider with fruity finish and light crisp after.

750ml bottle. 500th Cider rate. Orange golden colour with a foamy white head that lingers and aroma of apple pie, vanilla, caramel, woody oak. Taste is tangy apple, apple pie, wood, oak, vanilla, fruity, musty, lightly funky and tannic. Light to medium bodied, fine carbonation, dry clean finish. Very drinkable.

hirigalzkar (3278) - Stockholm, SWEDEN - OCT 8, 2010
2009 bottle. It’s neither sour, nor sweet. And it’s not very fruity either. This is a light and well balanced cider. The stand out thing about it is the quite bitter finish. Good complement to food.

pilsnerrogge (3005) - Finspång, SWEDEN - APR 29, 2008
75 cl corked bottle
Deep golden, no head. Apple juice aroma with faint notes of gun powder. Somewhat sparkling mouthfeel. Somewhat tart apple juice flavour.

illidurit (2355) - San Francisco, California, USA - DEC 5, 2008
Clear gold with a smallish white head. Aroma is Martinellis apple juice with accents of wood and straw. Flavor is light and crisp, with a granny smith tartness. Sweet and easy to drink but pretty simple.
