Bottle (75 cl) from Systembolaget. Clear deep golden with a short fizzy white head. Complex aroma with yellow mature apples, some wood, butterscotch, and smokey horse-stable notes. Nice sparkling mouthfeel, dry and perfectly balanced with a light lingering bitterness.

pale yellow. pretty bottle. aroma is okay, muted apple juice. tastes bottle conditioned. Very musty, warming, boozy and sweetness is very muted. I’m impressed by the similarities to a fine wine. great work.
