Mørk brun farve med kremet beige skum. Lukt av røstet malt og humle. Smak av røstet malt, nøtter og fruktig humle. Fruktig og noe bitter. Tap @ Christiansand Brygghus. larsga (7608) - Oslo, NORWAY - APR 30, 2014
Medium beige head. Clear deep dark barely translucent red body. Resiny wild berries aroma with dusty sugary roasty notes. Dryish roasty syrupy earthy taste with resiny herbal notes. Mid-bodied. Mild, soft mouthfeel, slightly astringent. Dryish dusty roasty caramelly aftertaste with wooden herbal spicy notes. Nice, drinkable, interesting. (0.3l draft at Café Sara, Oslo.)

On tap at cafe Sara as "Sara Brown", december 14th 2013. Dark brown body with a small light brown head. Aroma of lightly roasted malt, cocoa and biscuit. Taste of caramel, hazelnut, roasted malt, fruity hops. Pleasant and noticable bitterness, with a roasted fruit aftertaste. Quite nice. Sigmund (7766) - Tau, NORWAY - MAR 11, 2014
On tap at the brewpub, from sampler tray. ABV 5.0%, 30 IBU. Dark ruby colour, beige head of good retention. Moderate aroma of malts. Medium roasty and malty flavour, fairly dry but still rich, decent bittering hops. Palme (4812) - Bergen, NORWAY - FEB 19, 2014
On tap @ Cafe Sara. Deep deep dark brown with a little reddish hue on the glass. The head is medium sized, light lacing and dark beige in color. Smells really chocolaty, lots of dark black malts, chocolate wrapper, a nice sweetness. Really creamy and comfortable on the mouth have with a above average creamy carbonation level. Soft chocolaty flavors as well. A bit papery with traces of both cardboard, wet grains and a little bit of coffee. Really gentle and lightdrinkable. Could drink lots of this. 14.10.2013 Aaron68 (608) - Oslo, NORWAY - JAN 25, 2014

On tap at Café Sara, as Sara Brown, half pint glass. Filmy layer at the surface of a slightly hazy, dark ruby body. Plain dark malty nose, mid-sweet with a little roasted touch. Roasted brown and black malty flavours balanced by dark fruity endnotes, bittersweet. Soft in the mouth. Fair version of the style and good partner to my kebab food (Oslo 10.12.2013).
