Nice light lager had some good flavors. I liked the light malt and the carbonation was very nice. Perfect afternoon working in the yard beer. Very clean and fresh.

On tap at the Dig Bar American craft event. My hat’s off to you Catfish! A great looking ruddy amber pour with a malty caramel aroma. Med-full bodied with a slightly rough mouthfeel. The taste is caramel malts, cinnamon & biscuit. Pretty good, I just wish the mouthfeel was smoother/softer.

As part of a sampler tray during my visit to Bellingham. Golden clear witha huge fluffy sandy colored head. Light bready aroma and a slightly sweet grain flavor. the hops come through a bit more than I expected and the full maltiness is not quite what I was expecting. Nice and tasty, attenuated nicely and lingering slightly woody tang at the end. Maybe a bit hoppy and bitter for the style.

Shaker pint draft at Naked City in Seattle. Pour is clear golden with a small white head. Aroma of toasty caramel maltiness. Taste is malty semi sweetness, some nice grassiness in the back. The grainy toast from the nose gives this a nice additional element. Smooth thin medium palate coats the mouth a bit but finishes really clean. Crazy drinkable. Super fresh and clean, nice. Bronze with thin layered head. Vienna malt wafts off the glass amid a haze of dusk and hints of honey. Dry nutty, tannic graininess characterizes the body. Un-sweetened honeyed grain works its way into the profile. Dry bitter, grainy finish. Capa (3257) - Kitsap, Washington, USA - DEC 23, 2016
A deeper golden with a nice head. Slightly chewy body. Full of toasted and slightly fruity with a good light spicy hop bite. Clean and crisp throughout. I could live on this.
