Tap on the RBWG bus thanks to lithy. Pours a clear bright straw with fizzing out foam. Nose is bleu cheese funk, apple cider. Taste is sulfur, apple, bleu cheese. Clean and crisp lemony and lactic palate. Quenching. Simple, good. b3shine (9427) - Indiana, USA - FEB 22, 2013
Draft to taster at RBWG (thanks Justin!). Looks good; a transparent gold with thin white lacing. Smells and tastes solid; tart and doughy with a good mouthfeel. A good example of the style. drowland (9209) - Georgia, USA - FEB 22, 2013
2/22/13. Keg shared by Lithy on the RBWG bus! Nice hazy golden pour with a good white head. Nice tart and wheaty aroma with funk and fruitiness. Parallel flavor, really nice wheat, tartness, and some fruitiness. Yum! Bacterial (3107) - Twin Cities, Minnesota, USA - OCT 13, 2012
On draft at the brewpub. Slightly hazy yellow pour, a little tart and funk in the nose. Crisp, a touch tart and citrus with a little yeast / bread in the finish - really nice! Beerman6686 (6611) - Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, USA - SEP 17, 2012
This poured a cloudy lighter yellow color with a nice fluffy whie head. Aroma was fruity, mainly ornage and lemon peel type stuff, some very light eggy notes, and grass. Flavor was nice and fruity, ut not in a hoppy way, a very subtle character from the yeast, somewhat dry as well with light to medium tartness and a very refreshing finish. Great Job.

On tap at the brewpub. Pours a cloudy yellow with a white head. Aroma of tart, sour wheat, melon, mango, and citrus. Flavor of light tartness, lemon. Bready in the middle with a crisp finishing. It is tart but not overpowering sour. Great berliner weisse and one of the more drinkable ones.
