3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
Draft. Poured pale gold/copper with a medium-sized off-white head. Aroma was biscuity, caramelly malt. First hit on the nose made me think West Coast, because I got some grapefruit and pine, but then it straightened out into floral, earthy hops. Maybe I was getting the draft off of other beers from my flight? Flavor was well balanced between caramel malt and earthy, slightly spicy hops. Medium mouthfeel. Great session beer.
Church Brewery was my first brewery visited when I moved to Pittsburgh, however, I quickly learned of much better beers in PA. Felt like more "buzz" than a 4.3% should give. Overall too bitter for my taste. Giving away the remainder of the 12-pack. LetsGoState (910) - Pennsylvania, USA - DEC 4, 2016
Taste is sweet with a lighter bitter finish. Overall a pretty solid pale ale. books_n_brews (162) - Baltimore-ish, Maryland, USA - NOV 19, 2016
Pours clear gold with med white head. Light peach nose. Starts sweet with the peach and finishes a bit piney and citrus rind. PanMarek (463) - Pennsylvania, USA - NOV 5, 2016
Cloudy amber pour with beige foam that lasts. Darker than expected and more malt in the flavor. The hops are mild, slightly floral. Light fizz, light body and slightly bitter finish.

bottle @ House of 1000Beers / New Kensington PA --- Aroma of malt and light bitter. Hazy medium / dark amber color, ivory head that persists, lace cobwebs. Taste is malt that moves quickly through light carbonation to bittering that shows no citrus or pine. Light brew, easy to quaff, low abv, but also nice to drink. A solid light pale ale. jtclockwork (17284) - , New Jersey, USA - JUL 20, 2016
