This one poured a lightly hazy golden yellow with a white head. Aroma was of noble hops, grass and pale malt. Flavor was similar, wish it was a bit more bright and crackery. Nate (4296) - Indiana, Pennsylvania, USA - MAY 27, 2014
On tap at Twisted as Saaz Monster. Very light noble hop aroma and a hint of spice. Dull medium golden-amber clear with thin head. Medium body with medium-high carbonation. starts with light pilsener malt sweetness. Medium noble hop bitterness, beany. Clean finish, not quite crisp. Decent pils. bth122 (1701) - Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, USA - SEP 7, 2013
Draft 5 oz. light golden. Aroma is unique. Hops, leather, slight musk, mint. Light to medium light bitterness. Average carbonation. I enjoyed this. baraciisch (3438) - California, USA - JUN 4, 2013
Was not terribly impressed... Saaz character was there, but the pilsner malts and bitterness wasn't as prevalent as should be expected...

Draft at the brewpub as "Saaz Monster." Pours a clear golden color with a large creamy tan head. Good head retention. Aroma of toasted caramel malts with lemony, spicy hops. The taste is big lemon hops, mild caramel malts. Medium bodied. tcane7 (1674) - Pennsylvania, USA - OCT 26, 2012
Draft at the brew pub over the summer. Pours light golden with thin white head and lacing. Slightly lemon nose. Taste of straw with faint lemon. Hoppy, light and refreshing. LilBeerDoctor (4229) - Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, USA - JUN 28, 2012
On tap at the brewpub. Pours a clear light orange with a thin white head. Aroma of pale bready malts and a touch of bitter hops. Flavor is more floral with hop bitterness and pale malts. More pilsener than hoppy pilsner but it’s drinkable.

On tap at the brewpub. Comes in a pint glass looking like pineapple juice; almost opaque bright yellow with zero head. Nose is mild, light pepper, light yeast, light hops. Was supposed to be the 2nd hoppiest beer on the menu with 35IBUs. Flavor was bland, wet white bread, light yeast, fake lemon. Watery finish. Not a good start. ttutony (949) - Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, USA - JUL 28, 2011
One of the better beers I’ve had from Church. Nice Saaz profile coming through, good earthy spice. Fits the bohemian pilsner style well.
