Cask at PoW, Farnborough, 16/08/17. Vague sweet malty aroma. Cola brown. Frothy beige head. Light sweet. Malty base. Medium bodied. Creamy. Flat carbonation. Low key finish. Nice. Slips down. If unmemorable.

Cask at GBBF 2016. Day 1. Pours clear brown with reddish highlights and a foamy topping. Pretty good stuff, with notes of brown bread, faint smoke, a bit of cocoa. Light bodied with fine carbonation; good condition. Finishes with soft roast, more chocolatey malts. Nice mild.

The taste is toasty, cacao, wood, earth, leather, ashy, tobacco, malt loaf and dark fruits. Light - medium body and soft carbonation. Well - rounded and easy drinking mild. Decent.
