UPDATED: JUN 9, 2007 Poisonously eggy nose, just how I like it. Crystal clear lagery yellow body. Deliciously bready-biscuity malt/ pungently bitter hop balance (green bullet). Crisp, punchily bitter and beautifully creamy after the swallow. Can’t believe I’m only having one. Hand-pulled at the altar. Hildigöltur (5104) - København, DENMARK - MAR 2, 2004

Cask at Babington Arms, Derby. Light amber body, lovely creamy head, top hoppy aroma, initially a creamy feel with a bit of bite at the end. Gentle citric taste, very smooth to drink, look forward to trying this pub’s other five Church End offerings this week. Theis (15152) - Frederiksberg, DENMARK - JAN 29, 2009
Cask at Lord Nelson. Clear yellow - white head. Sharp hoppy, bitterness, wood, fruity, mild malty, nice freshness, light citrus, light yeasty, grassy, dry grass, lasting bitter finish. Nice freshness. DanielBrown (4527) - Birmingham (via Leicester), West Midlands, ENGLAND - MAR 29, 2004
Hand pulled at the Anchor. Very slight pineapple aroma with this pale ale, which was bright yellow with no head. Light, fresh Spring beer. Fruity, citrussy throughout, leading to a slightly sharp finish. Refreshing, tangy and crunchy (hops wise). A good ale, and the second best of the evening. Cask at The Anchor,Digbeth.Yellow gold pour with medium sized white head.Hop and malt aroma though neither very strong.Hoppy taste with some citrus and malt.Easy drinking and quite tasty with the hops more pronounced than the last time i sampled this one. jmgreenuk (9702) - Kuala Lumpur, MALAYSIA - OCT 4, 2013
Gravity cask at the Solihull CAMRA beer festival 2013. Poured a crystal clear light straw colour with a round glass hugging white head. The aroma is weak malt. The flavour is medium bitter with a bitter hop palate and not much else. A somewhat drinkable session ale which lacks the more complex flavours to make it a great.
