Light copper. Clean malty character. Bready fresh and warming. Aroms is lightly fuggley. Quite respectable issuance from John Graham.
Light golden beer with a thin white head. Aroma is lightly funky grass, with light pear notes. In mouth, a decent caramel malt, grainy with fruity sweet notes, more berry-ish. Light bodied. Might be on verge of infection. Bought by Inertia Boy, August 2006. Sammy (12491) - Toronto, Ontario, CANADA - JUN 28, 2006
A small step above a macro and unfinishable. Pale yellow with initial good head some malt taste. metallic, light body.Aggressive carbonation. A tad of hop and bland finish. Served cold but not ridiculously cold at the Rhino. Aroma is cheese and malt.

pale yellow with a thin white head. Aroma is slightly fruity, and reminiscent of their Northumberland Ale making me wonder if it is the same yeast. This is a plus for me since I am a fan of the Northumberland. Relatively bland flavour profile, with the fruity notes the dominant flavour with a touch of malt. Palate is light but appropriate. Meh... accomplishes what it set out to do nicely. mabel (9246) - Toronto, Ontario, CANADA - AUG 5, 2008
[1323-20080503] Tap. Grainy alcohol aroma has sweet floral notes. Clear, medium orange body with a quick white head. Sweet grainy alcohol flavour has a bit of yeasty banana. Medium body. Fair.

Draught at Smokeless Joe. Pours a very bubbly clear gold with a small diminishing white head. Aroma of grain, grass and mushrooms (thanks jerc) -- doesn’t smell very good. Flavour’s very grainy and quite carbonated with some very mild hops at the end. I did not care for this beer at all but I understand this is aimed at a much more mainstream macro Lager drinker. Still, it’s only slightly better then a macro Lager. Radek Kliber (7470) - Toronto (Can) Krotoszyn (Pol), POLAND - AUG 10, 2004
Gold lager witha verage head . Medium bodied with some malt , touch of hops at second sip , touch of spice . HogTownHarry (7062) - Toronto (Harbourfront), Ontario, CANADA - DEC 6, 2005
Draught. At Smokeless Joe. Poured clear light gold, slightly bubbly, with a small white diminishing head. Aroma - hel-lo Canadian beer! Where have you been? Very grainy, barley and rye, not vegetal or corny at all. Taste is also mostly grain, perhaps a little too much so, but this isn’t like all the other CDN macro crap, it’s straightforward and the rest of these people are missing a point - and not realizing that all the other CDN brews have turned into sweet apple juice mixed with cream corn., although this does get a bit apple-sweet on warming. Mouthfeel pretty average - this isn’t my cup of tea, but jeez, compared to MolBatt crap it’s ambrosia. Boutip (6432) - Gatineau, Quebec, CANADA - JUN 20, 2005
Bottle: Poured a medium yellow color beer with a small head with almost no retention. Aroma is weak with only subtle hops being distinguishable. Taste is also a bit weak with more malt and hops then your average macros but not enough to truly satisfy a beer geek I guess (which is not the goal of the brewer here I think).
