Bouteille de 12 oz achetée au Cabot Annex Store à Waterbury Center, VT. Arôme: Odeur de pomme et de sucré. Apparence: Couleur paille pâle. Faible densité des bulles. Présence de bulle sur le verre. Saveur: Goût de jus de pomme à l’ancienne. Court arrière goût. Palette: Corps mince avec une texture huileuse. Faible effervescence en bouche. Arrière goût de pomme Granny Smith. (Rating #141)

a damn good cider and i’m not that big a fan on hard ciders. this one had a great taste of apple cider and went down smooth with a great kick at the end. pretty good

UPDATED: JUL 7, 2005 The aroma is more of the skin of the apple than the meat. It looks fine, clear yellow with slow carbonation. The taste is clean, but the finish has a metallic feel/taste to it.

All and all a decent, if not lacking, cider. Pours to a straw/amber color. Strong flavor with a nice alcohol bite. What kills it for me is that I don’t find the aftertaste all that palettable. Better ciders exist, but this will do in a pinch.

Aroma is musty barnyard hints. Slight roastiness, but not a particularly quaffable aroma. Pale pale yellow transparent color with no head, and some carbonation bubbles. This is pretty damn pale, but not as pale at their raspberry offering. Decent balance of sweetness and tartness. A little dry to finish, with sour notes as well. Slightly alcoholic.

2004 bottle. Pours a light yellow, bubbly, no sediment, little to no head. Aroma has some sweetness in it, but also a good crispness of green apples. Some varied and interesting notes in the aroma, not all sweet appley syrup, but light cobwebs, faint mustiness and a hint of cider vinegar. Flavor is quite sweet, but not cloyingly so. Drinkable enough, and not overcarbonated, but loses my interest towards the end. Mainly just swet apples with some decent crispness.

Fall is coming and I’m thinking cider is the way to be. I’d enjoy slamming down a few of these on frosty nights...bring on the autumn

Tasty but not overpowering, great balance. A bit light and a bit bitter. But effective for a cider, and classy enough to have at a bar.

Pretty good. A great drink to end the night on. Sweet apple aroma and flavor... I would definately try this one again.

Pours pale yellow colored, with aroma of apples (surprise). Tastes firm, with an apple tartness and effervescent finish. I prefer beer, but these hard ciders are wearing on me.
