Sample from tap at the brewpub in Canal street. Pours pale yellow-greenish, head is a thin white rim. Aroma pear and apple, slight citric and dry. Flavour is sweet pear and apples with a citric twist into the finish. Slight chemical twist. Medium hard cider.

UPDATED: MAY 14, 2011 12 ounce bottle. Pours a very very clear and very pale yellow color with a thin head. Fair head retention ad lacing. Good thing it was free. Drain pour coming. Faint grainy green apple aroma. Taste is grainy tart green apple. Thin bodied. Not much going on here,

I guess this one is ok...but not great...like most US ciders. Light yellow, no head. Tastes like apple jiuce with an artificial flavor. Ok ice cold...but still not great.

Pours pale yellow colored, with aroma of apples (surprise). Tastes firm, with an apple tartness and effervescent finish. I prefer beer, but these hard ciders are wearing on me.

JoeMcPhee (9426) - Toronto, ON, Ontario, CANADA - JUL 11, 2007
Very pale straw coloured cider. Very subtle aroma, light pear and faint apple. No complexity at all. Flavour is lightly tart, but mostly dry pear flavour. A touch of tartness, but not much. A bit of sulphury yeastiness. It’s macro cider, and not even very good at that. Still, since it’s about 35 degrees in my apartment, this will do nicely.

blipp (9268) - La Mesa, California, USA - APR 18, 2009
Bottle. Pours light gold with a fizz white head. Tart green apple aroma. The flavor has tart and dry apple sweetness with a dry and lightly acidic finish. Not bad.

PorterPounder (7968) - Tallahassee, Florida, USA - MAY 5, 2003
Kind of an artificial flavor to this - not "appley" at all. Very light in appearance - looks like a ginger ale. Bit of an artificial aroma - not akin to apples at all. Not as smooth as the few other ciders I have tried recently.

TaktikMTL (7798) - Montréal, Quebec, CANADA - MAY 4, 2005
Bouteille de 12 oz achetée au Cabot Annex Store à Waterbury Center, VT. Arôme: Odeur de pomme et de sucré. Apparence: Couleur paille pâle. Faible densité des bulles. Présence de bulle sur le verre. Saveur: Goût de jus de pomme à l’ancienne. Court arrière goût. Palette: Corps mince avec une texture huileuse. Faible effervescence en bouche. Arrière goût de pomme Granny Smith. (Rating #141)

Ernest (7695) - Boulder, Colorado, USA - JUN 6, 2003
UPDATED: AUG 6, 2009 Head is virtually nil. Body is clear LIGHT yellow (approaching colorlessness). Aroma is trace apple, cement, and grass. Flavor is lightly to moderately sweet, moderately acidic. Finish is lightly sweet, moderately acidic, unclean. Light body, watery texture, fizzy carbonation. Doesn’t get too much worse than this. Green Mountain is known for industrial fizzy cider-pops, so this isn’t a surprise.
