Pours a clear, highly effervescent pale gold with a thin white head. Aroma is tart, green apple candy, read apple sweeness, hints of vanilla and fruity yeast. Flavor is more sweet and candy-like in flavor up front, but with a tart, Granny Smith and more well rounded Red Delicious-like sweetness in the middle, finish tastes like tart and sweet apple skins. The overall sweeness belies the tart, lightly acidic, nicely dry feel thoughout, well mingles to a sharp, but light and blanketing carbonation. Pretty nice all around. One
12 ounce bottle poured into a brandy snifter. The cider is a clear gold with a white head of foam that dissipates quickly. The aroma has notes of apples. Sweet red and delicious apples to be more specific. Sweet and apple-y taste. A little bit thicker of a mouthfeel than I would expect from a cider. Moderate carbonation. minutemat (5413) - Shrewsbury, Shropshire, ENGLAND - MAY 9, 2017
355ml bottle. Pours a misty golden orange, aroma is fairly sweet, fruity. Taste is a little over-sweet, fruity and a bit peachy. Clean and a little sticky but drinks well. joebudzjoe (676) - Connecticut, USA - MAR 25, 2017
No thanks. If you think Angry Orchard is too sweet, then you’ve never tried Cider Boys first press. Headache-inducing added sugar takes away any decent quality that I am sure was put into this cider. Stay away if you don’t like sweet. smaynard6000 (1152) - Apopka, Florida, USA - MAR 18, 2017
On tap. Golden in color with minimal white head and some lacing. Straightforward apple aroma. Mostly sweet apple flavor. Very traditional but good. willisread (3306) - Nashville, Tennessee, USA - NOV 21, 2016
Tap at Mellow. Clean and crisp apple nose with sweet fuji and tart granny smith both present in the nose. A bit of yeast as well. Crisp on the palate with well-rounded mouthfeel. Again good acidity for a mainstream available cider. Sweet and tart finish with a creamy lingering apple character. Better than expected.

Draught. A little haze on the dark yellow color. Very sweet anf sugary. Apple coder, decent palate. Ok as a desserr beverage, but overall too sweet.. muzzlehatch (4951) - Beloit, Wisconsin, USA - OCT 30, 2016
Draught pint at Lucy’s #7 in Beloit, WI, October 24th. Hazy pale amber, with a bit of foam to start which actually holds at a small ring for a while...sweet, mild nose, reminiscent of Yellow Delicious or Transparent varieties, pleasant enough but nothing much to hold you...on the tongue, not surprisingly, also sweet, VERY sweet in fact, but reasonably juicy and fruit-flavored, not as artificial as many such ciders are; I’ve been eating a yellow variety called Tolman Sweet that is crunchy, sweet, and very low acid, and this comes off as having the profile I’d guess those apples would produce if juiced...very full, slightly overcarbonated. As far as commercial sweet ciders go, this is above average I’d say, probably better than most Woodchuck products for instance, and it’d be a decent enough pint on a hot day when you don’t want a pils or an IPA, maybe. Dull but drinkable then. TashT (6) - - OCT 14, 2016 does not count
This cider is so good!! Tastes so fresh and definitely not like a 5% cider! Drake (13652) - Milwaukee, Wisconsin, USA - AUG 23, 2016
Non Beer Trip Beer Trip Beer #53. Keg in the hotel bar, 3/10/16. Slightly hazy golden, large creamy off-white head, good retention. Aroma of sweet apples, apple juice. The taste is sweet apple juice. Thin bodied, overly sweet. deyholla (11505) - Minneapolis, Minnesota, USA - JUL 3, 2016
Bottle. Pours a clear light yellow gold with a bubbly white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has a good amount of sweet sugary apple with a bit of a light bitterness underlying. Flavor is similarly sweet with apple and has just a light bite towards the finish.
