pours clear pale but bright yellow with a lot of bubble activity. clean green apples although they’re mcintosh varietal, sharp lemon peel, small unripened-early-in-the-season mcintosh apples, white grapes and white wine, minerals, yeast. fizzy carbonation, light body - watery; dry and tart citrusy finish. drinks like a mineral über-dry white wine blended with its vinegar. o-k. Appearance: Clear very pale yellow-straw colow with sparse big bubbles.
Aroma: Muted apples, white wine, light lemony notes and not much else.
Taste: Taste is a bit sharper with tart apples, lemony notes, fruity white wine notes and light sweetness.
Palate: Light body. Moderate to medium carbonation. Mouthfeel is really white wine like. Dry and fruity finish.
Overall: Super easy drinking crackling cider with a lot of similarities with white wine. The nose is a bit dull, but the taste and the mouthfeel contributes to make a good quenching cider.
12oz Bottle, purchased at Ferme Guyon - Chambly, QC. Sulfur and earth aroma, nicked with plum and pear. Flavors are okay, but this is a pretty middling cider, with a bit too much sulfur high up and a listless interior. Somewhat coarsely acidic, a nip sweet. Feels a bit denuded and overly clean. j12601 (13117) - Poughkeepsie, New York, USA - DEC 21, 2012
Bottle. Pours a clear straw yellow with some soft white bubbles while pouring, that vanish immediately. Crisp, dull apple on the nose. Lightly sweet, but rather empty until a big tart kick comes through. Easy drinking but a little lackluster. Tasty enough though.

Bottle. Pours a clear light straw yellow. Clean sweet apple aromas, champagne yeast. Starts light and sweet and delicate. Finishes with a lovely tartness and lactic acidity that lingers long afterwards. Really delicious. The guy at Peluso’s where I bought it recommended mixing it half and half with Dieu du Ciel’s Rose Hibiscus. Tried that after having it by itself, and while I really liked the DdC beer, and this cider… I found them better separate. I don’t get the low reviews on this one… it’s quite tasty, and has a really nice acidity that a lot of (especially the slightly more commercial (but still not large)) American ciders just don’t have.
330ml clear bottle. Pours out a pale light yellow colour with no head, but with a promising constant steam of carbonation bubbles. Nose has cotton candy and a mix of sweet apple flesh and tart skins. Taste has quick tart and sharp apple skin notes, very minor fleshy sweetness. Dry end, clean, refreshing and basic craft cider. SlovakSniper (5561) - Candiac, Quebec, CANADA - NOV 30, 2011

Tap at Paradiso Dupont. Pours clear white wine color with sparkling carbonation. Almost a perry like SRM. Very light yellow. Paler than straw. Nose is quite muted...some white wine acidity and mild ash/burning plastic character found in some white wines and champagnes. Taste is prickly, tart, pretty dry with high effervescence. Palate is lactic and phlegmy. Fairly dry and vinous. Small white wine vinegar and moderate saltiness. Gives this some character but still more like white wine than cider. mabel (9787) - Toronto, Ontario, CANADA - OCT 2, 2011
[3853-20110802] 330mL bottle. Fresh Macintosh apple flesh aroma. Clear, pale yellow body with a quick bubbly white head. Tart apple juice flavour has a lingering apple skin notes. Light-medium body has a dry finish. Nicer as it warms, more of the apple comes out. (7/2/6/3/12) 3.0

Pale straw colour with a lot of large carbonation. Light apple aroma with a nice dry aroma with a lot of lovely apple character. Soft and a little bit tart as well. Very nice light aroma with a touch of soft apple skin. Soft and tart although as it warms, the tartness fades back and there is a touch more apple sweetness on the back. Pretty solid dry sparkling cider.

Very pale straw yellow pour. The aroma is tart and a little bit fruity. There’s lots of fresh malice tartness and a nice apple skin character. Green apple, a bit of lemon and some nice, crisp dryness. Tasty and refreshing.
