07.10.05 Bottle, RBSG tour. Pale pink. Light dry and tart. Very astringent. Hints of berry crisp (the pastry). Higly effy. Complex dances between sweet and dry, some basement, some must. Beautiful. tiggmtl (4545) - East York, Ontario, CANADA - JUL 20, 2005
SSharp, tannic, musty, apple aroma is fresh and appealing. Clear, rosé coloured body with low, fizzy, white head that recedes rapidly to ring. Musty, tart apples with some leafiness and woody tones. Some soft sweetness emerges at the end of the short, sharp flavour. Sparkling, effervescent mouthfeel tantalizes the tongue. Bottle sampled at the orchard tasting room on the RBSG’05 cider tour. Pinkish, clear, lightly sparkling. Dryish crabapple nose. Woody, sweet with wet cave notes. Rocky dryness. Distinctive palate, initially sweet and floral, developping rosewater reminiscent flavors. A bit on the sweet side, but great overall balance if a bit short-flavored. Light bodied, good sparkling body. Great stuff. cfrancis (3453) - Ottawa, Ontario, CANADA - APR 13, 2014
Pours rose with lots of bubbles. Aroma is green apple with sweetness. Taste is more bitter than sweet. Tarte green apple and dryness on the palate. brokensail (16449) - Dublin, California, USA - MAR 8, 2015
Bottle @ Hotel. Clear reddish orange pour with a soda like head. Tangy apple on the nose and a bit of orange zest. A hint of honey, wax, and peach. Sweet up front with peach, apple, and brown sugar. A light tartness on the back end. Aggressive carbonation. Slight mushroom in the background.

UPDATED: DEC 18, 2016 Bottle (750 ml), a few times. Clear pale pinkish yellow with a large very quickly vanishing foamy pink head leaving no lacing. Flavors of Geneva apple, berries, floral notes... very fresh. Taste is mildly sweet, moderately acidic and quite floral. Light to medium body. Lively carbonation with big bubbles. Berries and floral finish. Super easy drinking and refreshing. Lovely Geneva apples presence with fun berries features. I will buy again. (750ml bottle) Purchased at La Trappe à Fromage in Gatineau, QC. First off - the cork blew off and almost killed the host; it thin proceeded to spew its contents all over Lubiere’s back deck; the could only have been 1/2 the bottle remaining after the disaster. I hope Jodoin offers me a new bottle!! Pours a pink head with a peachy-red body. Nose is sweet and crisp. Very fresh apples swish around one’s mouth with a grand and balanced sweet and tartedness. Nicely carbonated - as with most Jodoin products - yet not a lot of flavour. The carbonation however is wildly exciting and worth the $17.99 price tag. A nice sparkling rosé color with bubbles in the nose, but they do not last very long. The aroma is sweet of apples and maybe some beries. The taste is of Geneva apples that gives it its sweet that .Very pleasant i the mouth no long lasting aftertaste. muzzlehatch (4959) - Beloit, Wisconsin, USA - JUL 25, 2005
