Bottle, ABV 6.5%. Pours pale golden, frothy head, almost no lacing. Aroma of malt, oat and something sweet-sourish. Taste is rather bland, some malt and hints of hops and honey. DomPiwa (85) - FRANCE - SEP 25, 2013
Pours a golden amber with a frothy head which murmurs like a mountain stream. Aroma of oats barley and hint of candy. The taste is full and develops in the mouth and on the tongue. As this is a natural, unpasteurized beer and I am drinking it a month after the sell by date I would recommend not being afraid to let it "develop" in in the bottle - YMMV of course! A good Polish beer enjoyed in France with a chunk of fresh French bread and some Swiss alpine cheese. A real winner.

Klar ljus citron-guld gul med mycket lätt färgat skum. Doft: Malt, gräs, mycket lätt citrus, halm. Smak: Malt, billig lager(pizzeria öl typ), gräs och lite blommigt. kaziopiwosz (393) - Warszawa / Wałbrzych, POLAND - AUG 12, 2012
Strong but delicate in taste, with goog hoppy palate, somewhat sweety. White foam. Light-golden colour. gustawos (1) - POLAND - APR 17, 2012 does not count
This beer is unpasteurized, unfixed and unsterilised (everything written on the bottle)- find other beer in the world that could write something like that on the bottle.
Natural taste of beer, like old times. You will not be dissapointed .

Hazy golden colour with a white head. Aroma of malt, sweet malt and candy-like. Flavour of malt, candy, syrup and yeast. Quack-Duck (9484) - Down South, GERMANY - JUL 3, 2011
bottle from Carrefour Arkadia Warszawa. Clear golden colour, large white head, quickly collapsing. Fruity nose. Rather light-bodied, malty background with lots of fruit, apple and pear mainly, slightly citrusy, not sour at all - so I think the fruit flavours do not originate in infection. Smooth and velvety palate. Very nice for the style. Schroppfy (2360) - Łódż, Warsaw, Poland; Michigan, Ohio, USA - MAR 13, 2011
7.0% on my fresh bottle. Not bad for a mocne; I mean I just am not getting the big fusels I suspect to come out in these beers. Sweet, some fruitiness, bread, pepper - reasonable favors with some sour acidity late. Bright gold, very clear. Nose of flower, pepper and bread. A little still after a bit, but still lingering carbonation. I just don’t dig this style very often, but Ciechan has done a good job here. brekeriet (139) - SWEDEN - NOV 24, 2010
Bottle 500ml. Aroma: sweat, plastic, oxidized, fruity. No lasting head. Cidery like taste and palate. Not a good beer. estpiwo (1319) - ESTONIA - OCT 20, 2010
Bottled. Golden color with medium white head. Quite malty aroma with tones of yeast. Flavor is malty, yeast, some alcohol notes. Drinkable.
