This beer is unpasteurized, unfixed and unsterilised (everything written on the bottle)- find other beer in the world that could write something like that on the bottle.
Natural taste of beer, like old times. You will not be dissapointed . DomPiwa (85) - FRANCE - SEP 25, 2013
Pours a golden amber with a frothy head which murmurs like a mountain stream. Aroma of oats barley and hint of candy. The taste is full and develops in the mouth and on the tongue. As this is a natural, unpasteurized beer and I am drinking it a month after the sell by date I would recommend not being afraid to let it "develop" in in the bottle - YMMV of course! A good Polish beer enjoyed in France with a chunk of fresh French bread and some Swiss alpine cheese. A real winner.

Very good unpasterised beer. It is very smooth. A bit yeasty. All natural. No peservatives. It is not available in USA. kacyper (1428) - Warsaw, POLAND - AUG 28, 2015
500 ml, butelka. Aromaty słodowy, lekki chmiel w tle, lekko midowe, kwiatowe (ale to pewnie dlatego, że blisko termin). W smaku leciutki alkohol i lekka goryczka. Quack-Duck (9484) - Down South, GERMANY - JUL 3, 2011
bottle from Carrefour Arkadia Warszawa. Clear golden colour, large white head, quickly collapsing. Fruity nose. Rather light-bodied, malty background with lots of fruit, apple and pear mainly, slightly citrusy, not sour at all - so I think the fruit flavours do not originate in infection. Smooth and velvety palate. Very nice for the style.

non-pasterised ciechan pleases my tongue with decent taste. but I cooled it too much and it gives of no aroma, bit skunky but I guess non-pasturised beers are good for very short time so I must have miised the good time, good deal of hop and balanced carbonaton, expected more alcohol which is not so much sahowing, feeling, nice aplate but bit dry, light golden amber colour body, tomciccateri (1034) - Albuquerque, New Mexico, USA - MAR 27, 2008
500ml brown bottle. Pours a clear amber color, well-carbonated, with a slightly sweet pale malt flavor. Very mellow malt-over-hops flavor balance. Overall - OKAY.
