COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Sometimes a lot isn’t nearly enough. For the times when a lot plus a little bit more is called for we proffer the 110K+OT series. This 8th iteration is Double IPA clocking in at 21OG, 3FG, 8SRM. If you don’t know what all that jargon means the gist of it is this: it’s more than you deserve. A lot more. And a little more than that too. If you require more explanation about what 110K+OT means, go to ratebeer.com, create an account, and ask in all capital letters "WHAT IS 110K+OT?"

Gold/copper pour with white head. Aroma is bready malt and resiny hops. Flavor is semi sweet bready malt and resiny hops. Medium body with a full resiny bitter finish. A bottle that has aged better than most iipas.

BelgianBeerGal (4159) - Panama City, Florida, USA - MAY 18, 2016
Bottle from the brewery about a month old. Hazy, orange-copper color with a small khaki head. Aroma is syrupy sweet with a hint of booze and light pine hops. Huge flavor that is about as big as an imperial IPA could be. This is similar to DFH 120 for me. Pretty tasty for a beer this big.

glennmastrange (2924) - hobe sound, Florida, USA - MAY 15, 2016
UPDATED: MAY 15, 2016 Bottle. Moderate roasted and caramel for the malt, moderate orange juice and orange peel for the hops, light dough for the yeast, with a bit of dried fruit like apricot in the background. Head is average size, frothy, slightly off-white, with good lacing and good legs, and is mostly diminishing. Color is hazy amber/orange. Flavor starts heavily sweet and lightly acidic, then finishes moderately sweet and lightly acidic and bitter. Palate is medium to full, syrupy, with a soft carbonation and a moderately alcoholic and lightly astringent finish. A sweeter than usual DIPA but very drinkable and enjoyable.

22 oz. bottle shared by T.J. Bottle date of 12/23/2016, oh boy... Aroma is weak fruit, weak floral and earthy pine tone.

The flavor has the fruit underneath a syrupy, sugar texture. Light floral and pine notes with a lasting bitterness. Seems the hop profile is fading. To me it reminds me of Florida Man I had at CCB just over a year ago. Did they rebrew Florida Man and slap the label from this series on it? I was excited to try this but... Not so much now.

Chalumeaux (1709) - Middleton, Massachusetts, USA - APR 15, 2016
Poured from bottle dated 12/23/15 thanks Dchmela nice copper color with little to no head with slight lacing. Aromas of tropical fruit caramel and hop. Taste follows passion fruit herbal notes and a lingering hop bitterness. This might have been better fresh.

Bomber shared by Chalumeaux. Thanks, TJ! Bottled 12/23/15. Stoked to try one from this series. Pours copper with an off white head. Aroma is dank, caramel. Flavor is caramel, papaya, pine. I’d like to try one a bit fresher.

Tap @CCB
Orange color, small off-white head. Tropical fruity, apricot, citrus, mango aroma. Medium-bodied. Mango, apricot, marmalade, some gooseberry. It doesn’t show alcohol. A bit too sweet for my liking, but certainly very good beer.
