Portion of an approximately 4 oz. pour, on tap at the brewery’s taproom in Tampa, Florida. Consumed on 5-29-17. Salty, lime aroma. Smells great. Pours a milky, pale straw. Small amount of beige head. Looks nice. Quite salty and quite limey in flavor. Quite tart as well. Really does come together and work. Light body. Soft in the palate. Aurelius (5287) - Tallahassee, Florida, USA - JUN 9, 2017
Limey, spicy, sausagey aroma with vanilla and implied cinnamon wafts. Pale, misty, looks like margaritas. Sour, clean, mildly sweet, saline. Light body, fizzy. Thanks to someone at Proof for sharing their crowler. onceblind (9397) - Denver, Colorado, USA - MAY 12, 2017
Hazy straw hue with a thin bubbly white cap. Brisk wheaty limey margarita nose. Crisp limey flavor that’s zesty and slightly tart with a wheaty background and some tequila-ish margarita-esque tones about it. Not as tart as I was s looking froward to, and also is a bit earthy-wheatier than I like. But flavorful at light and quite interesting. jackl (8011) - Minneapolis, Minnesota, USA - MAR 11, 2017
Keg @ CCB. Hazy gold pour with a small head. Nose of lemon lime soda. Light wheat funk. Flavor is nicely tart with pronounced lemon/ lime accents. Super clean and crushable. Nice. Leighton (21074) - London, Greater London, ENGLAND - JUN 22, 2016
Sampled at Copenhagen Beer Celebration 2014. Session 4. Pours hazy pale yellow with a creamy, white head. Gorgeous stuff. Nice lime and salt. Super fresh and clean. Light cereal sweetness. Light bodied with spritzy carbonation. Refreshing finish, tart and salty. Really good stuff.

Bottle... This Florida Weisse-like gose rocks!… Hazy off-white pour with a small, brief, fizzy head. The nose is a trio of lime, lemon and bready yeast. Medium bodied and dry with tingly carbonation. The flavor features citrus juice-like sourness accompanied by a pinch of salt. Finishes tart and salty. Huge THANKS goes out to Burg326 for providing this world-class bottle of beer! The aroma is of a mix of citrus and salt, much like the margarita namesake. The taste was light salt with some lime. Very nice highly carbed mouthfeel. Pailhead (6539) - Rochester Hills, Michigan, USA - MAR 28, 2015

Bottle: The aroma consists of moderate lime, light lemon, faint minerals, and a hint of salt. It pours a slightly hazy golden-orange with a small white head that quickly fades to a minimal film outlined by a very fine ring. The flavor starts with a quick dose of lemon. The finish has moderate lime, lemon, and a hint of salt. It’s light bodied with light-moderate carbonation. Overall, the mix of margarita with a Gose is a good combination.
Bottle: Thanks, Jeff. Cloudy, olive-tinted yellow pour with a modest white collar that forms around the edges. Aroma has tons of lime juice with light stone fruit, wheat, hay, & salt underneath. Flavor starts with a strong hint of stone fruit, lime, lemon, & a touch of funk. Mid-palate of hay & salt fades into a bone-dry, wheat finish that ends pretty abruptly. Overall, pretty nice stuff & relatively unique. j12601 (10868) - Poughkeepsie, New York, USA - FEB 19, 2015
Pouring at EBF 2014. Pours a hazy yellow gold with a medium sized white head. Big lime on the nose, funky and tartness. Huge lime flavor, lime zest and tons of peels. Tart and faintly salty. Lovely lingering lime acidity on the finish.
