Bottle... Pours mostly clear and amber with a small, creamy, white head. Good retention. The aroma is very reminiscent of cream soda accompanied by a slight spice-rack component. Full-bodied with a sticky mouthfeel and adequate carbonation. The flavor features sweet, syrupy, cream soda. Lengthy, vanilla finish. 650 ml bottle from trade with Jason a few months ago. PS: Big gushing at opening. Aroma: burned caramel, cinnamon, vanilla and some malt. Smells like a malt liquor so much. App: after this gushing the head went away completely in a record time. Clear orange / light copper, huge head with no retention at all, no lacing. Taste and palate: medium body, liquoreux so much, moderate carbonation, medium sweet finish. Overall: honestly I opened that bottle thinking I was opening an imperial stout so after that gushing and seeing the colour of the beer I was really disappointed. I guess I should have looked it up in RateBeer before opening. Anyway this is a good dessert, something I could drink a glass to replace a port wine. I have no idea if this was their intention but anyway I’m rating this one as if it was meant to be a dessert beer. An ok dessert beer.
