Draft at Blind Tiger during my lunch break. Pours a bright orange body with thin white lacing. Aroma is cinnamon, apple, and additional spice. Mouthfeel is delicious and smooth with notes of APPLE CORE, cinnamon, citrus, light citrus hop, and maybe some earthy pine as well. Essentially tastes like sucking on an apple core, another incredibly unique brew by CCB. Pwn3d (1958) - Manhattan, New York, USA - SEP 14, 2011
On tap at blind tiger. Pour is gorgeous dark hazy caramel. Taste is apple and graham... Hop too much hop. Full bodied beer. jcartamdg (3535) - Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, USA - MAY 17, 2012
Pours a reddish brown with a two finger head and crazy lacing. Aroma is hops and apples, maybe a little cinnamon in the back. Taste follows the nose. Apples, cinnamon and hops blend so well together it makes you wonder why this isn’t done more often. Smooth and really easy to drink, I love it!

Tap at FITR. Pours an dark orange with a thick off white head. Nice apple pie, cinnamon, spices and citrus hops in the aroma. Taste is very much the same, warm apple pie, cinnamon, grapefruit citrus hops all popping through. Excellent brew. drowland (9057) - Georgia, USA - SEP 24, 2011
9/24/11. Growler courtesy Adam! Hazy amber pour with a frothy khaki head that lasts forever (looks very much like Jai Alai, go figure). Tropical Jai Alai hoppy aroma with plenty of apple and even a bit of cinnamon and sugar. Similar flavor - apple, spices, and hoppy - but with a bigger earthy, bitter kick. Interesting and tasty!

The aroma is apple cider, citrus hops, very nice. The appearance is a reddish brown, again like apple cider. The flavor is apple cider, cinnamon, citrus. The finish is slightly sweet, apples, grapefruit. Medium in body. Very nicely done. burg326 (5604) - Florida, USA - AUG 21, 2011
Poured at fruit int the room. A light hazy orange, yellowish color with a stong aroma of hops, apples and a hint of cinnamon. Tastes likr the normal jai lai but with apples, extremely refreshing beer. zdk (1917) - New York, New York, USA - SEP 15, 2011
Tap at Blind tiger for Mike’s Bday bash - Plenty of apples and cinnamon sugar and a touch of citrus hops. Night sweet caramels with some tart fruity notes, peaches and apples. Very well balanced, works well as a flavorful fruit beer, a hoppy IPA and as a session beer. Dry piney finish that leaves the tongue wanting more.
