Rating from notes, drank 11 Sep 2013 -- On tap at World of Beer Pensacola, FL. This beer has a lot going on with it, all of which I love. jcartamdg (3436) - Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, USA - SEP 13, 2013
Old rate from hunahpu day 2013. Pours jet black with a thin off white head. Aroma of bourbon, vanilla and chocolate. Taste is chocolate, bourbon, slight tart cherries. Sweet like dessert. Nice and chewy. daknole (11049) - Scottsdale, Arizona, USA - AUG 15, 2013
Lost rating from Hunahpus day 2013. Inky black color, brown head. Vanilla, oak, bourbon, cherries, lactose sugar...very nice! jredmond (8283) - New York, New York, USA - MAR 16, 2013
Draft during Hunahpu Day 2013 with Andrew, Maggi, and Geoff. Pours a deep brownish black body with no head, minor lacing. Aroma is delicious chocolate covered cherries, sweet chocolate syrup and additional dark fruits. Mouthfeel is medium with notes of black cherries, chocolate, light roast, faint espresso and sugar. A touch too cloying and just way too sweet overall. burg326 (5482) - Florida, USA - MAR 15, 2013
On draft ag CCB poured a black color with aromas of roast, chocolate, booze and aome livht medicianal cherry. Flavors were choclaty booze with some candied cherries. Light booze in the aftertaste, so glad I got to try this one.

Black, brown head that dissipated quickly. Nose is sweet cherries, some barrel, booze. Taste is cherries, barrel, booze, not as much chocolate cherry as I was hoping for. Syrupy mouthfeel. OmegaX (1374) - Florida, USA - MAR 9, 2013
UPDATED: AUG 17, 2013 Bourbon, oak, cherries, vanilla, molasses, chocolate. Yeah. It’s good. Chipalsa (1310) - Florida, USA - MAR 9, 2013
One of my most sought after beers of the day. The pour was a midnight-black with an enticing, brown head. It smelled of rich, fruity cherries, oak, vanilla, bourbon, chocolate, molasses and soft bourbon. The taste was full of tart cherries, coco and oak while undertones of bourbon and chocolatey malts satisfied the palate. With a thick texture to back all these flavors, who couldn’t love it? UPDATED: MAR 27, 2013 Hunahpu Day pour #????. Black pour with a small brown head. Straight brown sugar and chocolate aromas with extra cherry sweetness. Super sweet smell. Flavor follows the same profile. Goodness, this is like syrup with diabetes. Low carbonation. Just too much for me.
