I’ve never quite been able to place this old note. Had it as Angry Chair Banana... anyway draft and I’m assuming it was from Cigar City. Aroma of banana and vanilla. Tastes are super sweet banana, christmas spices. Yup, like a sweet banana pie. Not something I’d need again, but an interesting experience. hopscotch (11104) - Vero Beach, Florida, USA - AUG 28, 2014
Growler... Pours hazy and deep copper with a small, creamy, white head. The aroma provides rich, interwoven notes of banana, winter spices and vanilla crème. Medium-bodied with soft carbonation. The flavor and finish are quite sweet and sugary - a touch cloying. Banana and vanilla crème here as well. Growler courtesy of darkguardian! jtclockwork (16600) - , New Jersey, USA - APR 30, 2014
Growler shared by Jcwattsrugger. Pours amber. Nose/taste of banana, pie crust, nutmeg, spices and whipped cream. Medium body. daknole (11049) - Scottsdale, Arizona, USA - JAN 27, 2014
This beer is killer. How they made a beer that tastes like banana pie I’ll never know. Creamy, vanilla, banana, yum! burg326 (5482) - Florida, USA - DEC 31, 2013
Poured a dark amber brown color with aromas of banana, pie crust, vanilla, light burnt marshmallows and some caramel. Flavors were light malt and some caramel followed by banana, I don’t mean hefenwizen banana flavor either I’m talking about holy cap I just bit into a banana. This was a pretty amazing beer a little too sweet but I could force my self to drink a few growers of this.

Really impressive, nails the flavors of a pie with a vanilla/banana/spice melange that works well. The big problem is drinkability, since it’s a hella sweet beer and not suitable for more than 8oz or so. TheAlum (7164) - Aurora, Illinois, USA - OCT 26, 2013
32 oz growler courtesy of fishingnet. Thanksn bro. Pours a nice deep brownish orange hue, a decent haziness and darkness in the middle shows brown chestnut glow, more orange and auburn hues show some bright light as we hit the bottom and edges. A frothy offwhite head. grows slowly, remains a full fimly layer, ok lacing and thicker ring stick around. Aromas are pie crust, graham crackers and gentle brown sugar. Carmelized bananas, touches of creaminess, some toffee, and toastiness. Gentle cinnamon. Biscuits, a bit of sweeter banana, carmelized sugars. Initial is a rich banana bread appeal, carmelized bananas meet brown sugar, toast, some toffee. Vanilla extract and beans, more banana, bread and a bit of cakiness. Middle shows a bit of stickiness, faint brown malt and chocolate presence is subtle as we start to move back. A bit toasty, brown sugar, carmelized malts. Some banana, gentle estery element and nice fruit addition. A bit more toasty, carmelized,a a touch chocolatey into the backend, a touch darker, toasty and a bit more dry. That front end much sweeter overall. Vanilla bean, some creaminess, caramel and sweeter elements. A touch spicy, cinnamon and a bit of pie spice as we start to finish up. A neat concept, toasty and carmelized, distinct pie crust element, spiciness, vanilla plays well with the banana feel which doesn’t dominate. Nilla wafers at times really stick out to me in this one. Nice stuff, albeit a bit sweet for more than a glass or two. UDBeernut (2883) - Saint Johns, Florida, USA - OCT 20, 2013

From a shared flip top growler. Amber body. As the name says, this beer is banana cream pie. Sweet with banana aroma and slight liqueur taste.
