Draft... Pours black with a mid-sized, fluffy, crème-colored head that refuses to dissipate. The aroma is too restrained and I have to work way too hard to pull notes of chocolate crème, toasted tree nuts and dark chocolate from my glass. Full-bodied with a thin mouthfeel and lively carbonation. The flavor is ashen, bitter and loaded with 85% dark chocolate. A lightly acidic component is intertwined with these characteristics in the lengthy finish. jcartamdg (3445) - Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, USA - SEP 13, 2013
Pours dark brown/black with a thin off white head. Aroma of smokey roast, coffee and dark chocolate. Taste is roasty coffee, chocolate, smoke. Creamy and highly drinkable if you like smokey beers MeerkatTampa (23) - New Port Richey, Florida, USA - MAY 14, 2013
Pours very dark. Aroma is strongly coffee, roasted malt. Big kick of coffee bitterness on the finish. A well crafted beer, but not my favorite style. Like Mozart’s music, I can appreciate its quality, but I don’t particularly like it. markwise (5441) - North of Tampa, Florida, USA - MAY 11, 2013
On draft at Cigar City and Cigar City Brewpub. Pours a hazy porter brown with a soapy tan head. Nose is roasted malt, earth, peanut shells, and some earth and ash. Flavor is similar with roast, chocolate, peanut and spice, then earth and ash in the finish. Light to medium in body and very nice overall. smith4498 (3647) - Winter Springs, Florida, USA - MAY 11, 2013

Brown pour a hunahpus day. Tan head. Roasty up front, light sweetness, the belgian yeast shows itself, and its not my favorite in a porter. Still pretty solid. dchmela (3064) - Orlando, Florida, USA - APR 26, 2013
Growler from the brewery. Pours black with a thick off white head. Big roasted grain aroma with begian yeast notes. Taste is big and roasty, slightly astringent with light chocolate notes. Good. sloshgator (741) - Orlando, Florida, USA - APR 15, 2013
Cigar City Brewpub Jamonera is a good solid porter. Aroma is light roasty chocolate. Pours thick and dark with tan head that slowly dissipates. Jamonera taste very similar to a good quality dark roast coffee with a slight sour flavor following with light chocolate flavors. Palate is thick and full bodied. Cigar City Brewpub Jamonera is a great quality porter like you would expect from Cigar City beer. fluffy (2472) - St Petersburg, Florida, USA - APR 10, 2013
