12 ounce can thanks to Jackl. Hazy dark brown, large dense fizzy brown head, decent retention. Aroma of toffee, lots of fruits, green, herbal hops. Rich chestnut brown with a decent beige covering.
Nose is rich dark fruits, spice, caramel, light plum, toffee, figs.
Taste comprises sticky toffee pudding, booze strokes, sweet notes, caramel fudge, dates, fruit cake.
Full bodied, fine carbonation, lightly warming alcohol in the close.
Solid barley wine.

Shared during the RBWG 2015 Grand Tasting. Thanks! Pours unclear amber-brown with a creamy tan head. Piney hops in the nose, some leaves, caramel, old fruits, fig. Medium sweet flavor with some bitter earth, brown sugar, leaves, grainy bread, toffee. Medium to full bodied, moderately chewy, with fine carbonation.
