BEER DESCRIPTION
Sweet, roasty and always invigorating, traditional Latin American cafe con leche coffee can be found nearly everywhere in our hometown of Tampa, Florida and serves as the inspiration for our Cafe Con Leche Sweet Stout. The beer is made with bold, strong coffee beans to emulate the most characterful Cuban espresso and lactose, a milk sugar that adds sweetness, body and flavors reminscent of scalded milk. Despite it's assertive flavors and full body, our sweet stout is deceptively low in alcohol, making it the perfect accompaniment to a late-morning plate of eggs, bacon and tostatas.

TASTING NOTES
Malted milk, chocolate and fresh-ground coffee aromas bring to mind the finest cup of caf? con leche coffee while flavors of toffee, semi-sweet chocolate and a touch of roast on the palate are complimented by espresso and a touch of vanilla

Great roasted flavor....nice coffee smell.....I thought it was like a milder Wake N Bake...a little sweeter.....perfect for me, but then again, cafe con leche is my favorite coffee drink other than Vietnamese iced coffee

Bomber from Spirits Jackson. Poured super dark black, thicker milky body and a foamy ligjt beige tight creamy head. Aroma is good, chocaltey, cream, coffee, lightly burnt toast. Flavor is even better, stronger chocolate and lighter coffee, burnt marshmallow, lightly burnt toast, chocolate muffin, sugar and cresmer. Medium-full body, milky smooth. Really nice

ganache (6065) - New Jersey, USA - DEC 5, 2017
Bomber from Wine Warehouse. Nose clean, sweet espresso with roast, slight burned notes, earth, chocolate, but mainly that great, high-grade coffee. Dark brown pour near pitch in the glass with a hint of ruby at the bottom, a short dark brown head. Taste sweet but not cloying, medium body a little flattish but appropriate here, very low fruit level (which is grape / plum) but an appreciable maltiness. Low but persistent bitterness, clean, some alcohol shows, waves of velvety espresso with the burn and roast very much minimized, much smoother than this type usually goes. I was expecting overblown lactose but don't find that at all, just some rounding heavy cream. Low nut and a little Grape Nut. Good through and through, satisfying but heavy, very possibly great; on the downside, very one-note, but it's a mature and adult flavor and I bet you could convince some people it was something other than beer. 650 ml. no bottling date. Ebony with a spongy foam. Big aroma of espresso, ash and cocoa is nice but has just a bit of a harsh edge. Flavors of espresso with sourish cream, cocoa, brown sugar and a touch of prickly green herb. Some ash in the finish that almost develops into smoke. Medium-plus bodied with medium-plus carbonation and a pretty easy drinking balance for a sweet stout.

Nitro pour at CCB. Pours a very dark brown color and topped by a nice, smooth head of tan colored foam that shows good retention before settling to a thin layer and coating the glass in lace. The aroma shows notes of dark roasted coffee and malts along with notes of bitter sweet chocolate, mocha, and vanilla cream. The flavor follows with the sweet and roasted coffee right up front to go with the dark chocolate and roasted malts, toasted caramel, and some vanilla cream. Nearly full bodied and ultra smooth and creamy thanks to the nitro with balanced carbonation that leads to a lengthy bitter sweet and slightly dry roasted coffee finish. Really tasty stuff and a great beer to put on nitro.

Black pour with a single finger head poured from a nitro line. Very foamy. Aroma isn’t too exciting, all I smell is that nitro. Light bodied, coffee and milk with a silky mouthfeel. If you like coffee and cream, then this is your beer. A little lace present.
