7/24/13. On tap at Aardwolf. Amber brown pour with a small khaki head, mild lacing. Strange aroma, some graham cracker aspect, sweet with vanilla, but also a big herbal black licorice/anise aspect I can’t get past. The flavor is a bit better, more sweet graham cracker and caramel with a touch of vanilla and a smaller dose of anise. dimenhetfield (2486) - , Florida, USA - MAY 19, 2013
On draft at Coffee District for the CCB tap takeover for ACBW. They, CCB, pretty much nailed this one. Straight up graham cracker flavor. A tad bit of spicy notes on the back end. Pretty damn tasty. Fritz123 (1535) - Boca Raton, Florida, USA - MAY 18, 2013
Draft at Coffee District in Delray Beach. Snifter. Golden brown pour with moderate white head. Lace was nice throughout. Aroma strong with cinnamon, graham crackers, breads and malts. Taste though was a bit odd. It didn’t taste like a graham cracker. It was sweet with a kind of bread taste along with malts, spices and vanilla. But it didn’t taste like a graham cracker. I thought it was pretty mediocre which is rare for Cigar City. MeerkatTampa (23) - New Port Richey, Florida, USA - APR 23, 2013
On tab at CCB. Pours a beautiful dark brown. Smells amazing, like liquid graham crackers in the glass. The taste however, is far too sweet for me. Also, I did not like the interaction between the savory/smoky brown ale and the sweetness of the graham cracker. For sweet offerings like this, I much prefer snack attack.

Snifter pour at World of Beer - Tampa Palms. Pours hazy brown with a full finger head that doesn’t hold. Aroma is huge!! graham crackers, teddy grahams, caramel, cinnamon. Flavor is spicy, mild malt, cinnamon, graham, light sweetness/caramel. Lighter body than I’d have liked, but still a solid beer all around. burg326 (5482) - Florida, USA - OCT 18, 2011
Had on draft at Cigar City. Poured a dark brown with liittle to no head. Aromas of raisiins, vanilla, caramel, cinniamon. Tastes follow the aroma with some graham cracker flavor comming through. Has a huge sugary taste that would make this beer an ideal dessert beer. markwise (5441) - North of Tampa, Florida, USA - OCT 13, 2011
On draft at Cigar City. Pours a normal Maduro brown color with a white head. Nose is cinnamon, vanilla, cookies, slight tobacco, and hints of sugary sweetness. Flavor is cinnamon, sugar, caramel, vanilla, graham crackers, and a twinge of bitterness. Light to medium in body and very sweet overall. smith4498 (3647) - Winter Springs, Florida, USA - AUG 25, 2011
Draft @ Cervezas Cigar City tap takeover. Pours clear dark brown with garnet highlights. Aromas of graham crakers, cinnamon and toasted malts. Very sweet malty flavor with cinnamon, graham craker and some other spices. Medium body with average carbonation. Butters (4059) - Richmond, Virginia, USA - MAR 21, 2011
Sampled at Brewvival 2011. Clear reddish amber pour with tan head. The name is a PERFECT description of this beer. It was a little thin on the palate, and the flavor was a little one dimensional, but the aroma was just spectacular. Definitely the highlight of the festival in my opinion.
