Had a slight twinge of the cherry cough syrup flavor that I got from Cask and Larder Cherry Berliner, light grainy sweetness, fairly pronounced tart flavor, maybe like a 5 or 6 out of 10 there. Not a huge fan, not awful.

Draft at EBF. Pours purplish red head. Nose/taste of cherry, lactose, sour earthy wheat, banana peel - medium body.

Sample @ EBF.

Appearance: Really pale pinkish yellow with a small white head and little lacing.

Aroma: Lactic / yogurt with a bit of cherries and mild herbal presence.

Taste: Same here, quite/too much lactic with not much too support. Light cherries and mild herbal notes.

Palate: Very light body. Medium carbonation. Sticky herbal and lactic finish.

Overall: Easy to drink and refreshing, but not super tasty, too lactic with not enough other components to balance it. Didn’t like the sticky finish either. Decent at best.

Sample at ebf was decent. Pinkish red pour with no head. Aroma is cherries, corn, wheat, lemon. And hay. Taste is really grainy and not tart or fruity enough. Soo wheaty.

Draft at EBF. Light pink pour with light lacing. Cherries, tart aromas, and some brett and lacto tones. Flavors are light cherries and citrus/berliner tartness. Nice.

Sample at EBF. Pours pale yellow with a touch of red and a white head. Aroma is funky sour wheat, mild cherry. Taste follows, lemon, cherry, sour wheat. Lots of carbonation. Minor plastic off flavor.

Full size pour at the brewery of hazed faint pink with fairly white head. Nose is citric and tart with not too much cherry. Kinda wheaty. Flavor is again tart, wheat, straw and more tart. I actually don’t mind it, but I don’t get much cherry... If it was just a Berliner I’d rate it higher, but it’s almost misleading... Still a good beer.

Pink, white head. Nose and taste are light tartness, cherry, wheat. Dry and easy to drink.

I don’t like this style but with that in consideration I guess the beer was okay. Pours a hazy light pink color with a small white head. Smells of tart cherries, wheat and vinegar. Sour and fruity. Light bodied with a dry finish.

On tap. Pours cloudy pinkish yellow with a small white head. Aroma of mostly sour wheat and light cherries. Flavor follows as expected, with the dirty wheaty funk I always get from the style. Meh. Easy drinking I guess.
