7/10/13. On tap at the brewery. Brown pour with a nice khaki head. The aroma has chicory wood and what reminds me of cinnamon, vanilla, and spices. The flavor follows suit with more tasty cinnamon, wood, and vanilla with some nuttiness and chocolate. Really tasty!

On draft at Cigar City. Pours a hazy Maduro brown with an off-white head. Nose is spice, sweet coffee, cinnamon, cocoa, chocolate, and an almost chai spice. Flavor is similar with cocoa, cinnamon, chocolate, vanilla, spice. Light in body and nice and sweet spicy.

On tap at the brewery. My wife really liked this brew. Aroma was big cinnamon and spice, some coffee, light roast, bread, nuts, and chocolate. Flavor was bold cinnamon and some roasted malt and coffee. Pretty interesting.

Cloudy brown with a light brown head. Flavor is quite interesting. I have had chicory coffee and I detected it in this beer. A hint of bitterness, brewers licorice, chocolate, brown sugar.

Pours dark brown with no head. Aroma of chocolate, caramel, slight coffee/chicory notes. Taste follows, slightly sweet, with nice combo of flavors. Fairly light mouthfeel but not bad.

Tap at Cigar City. Deep reddish amber pour with a small foamy head. Straight Nestlé Quik aroma and taste. That’s a good thing. Yum.
