On tap. Poured a dark brown with a red glow. Aroma is filled with cocoa, cherry juice, light piney hops, mocha and some roasted grain. Taste is a cherry chocolat infusion with some oaky and more complex flavors at the back end. Nice balance of hop and malt.

Entering old-rates, draft @ Fruit in the Room 2010. Brune fonc, col pais beige.

Pint at the CC tasting room. 8% on the board. Deep red-black, this oily beige head. Sweet brown chocolate aroma, the cherry is there somewhere in the distance. The cherry juice is sort of over the top, lacks any subtlety, certainly tastes artificial at first. Oily, steady cherry chocolate taste. There is some maraschino action, with maybe some mild pepper heat? Really unique, the cherry taste is quite unique. Retains some of its Porteriness, but is quite a wild offering. Worth a try.

Draught poured into a pint a the brewery. Pours a deep brown with little to no head. Aroma is nice, of dark chocolate, roasted malt sweetness, and mild cherry. Flavor compliments that with dark chocolate but lots of cherry, sweet and slightly tart. Smooth malts balance the two. Body is lighter with little to no lacing.

Poured at Fruit in the Room, a dark brown with little tan head. Aromas of roast, chocolate, coffe, and tart cherries. Flavors follow the aroma, however it was extremly well balanced where one flavor didnt over power the other.

Pours a dark brown with a medium tan head. Lots of sediment at the top. Aroma is coffee and sweet cherry. Taste is a great balance of cocoa and cherry. Perfectly balaced. Palate is decent. A bit light bodied. Overall a very good brew.

Firkin. Sweet and dark Chocolate from start to finish. Dull over-ripe cherries accompany that. Solid spin on Puppys Breath.

Wow. Had on tap at CCB on Firkin Friday. It was Firkin awesome. Solid chocolate and fresh, tart cherries in the nose. Some coffee flavors and roast too. Mainly flavors of cherry and chocolate though. Nice and black body with dark brown head and minimal, tight lacing. Flavors were similar to the nose. Very chocolatey and full of fruity cherry flavors. Some coffee malt flavor in the background. Extremely smooth and a robust beer for sure. Awesome brew. Shout out to David, whom I met at the Tasting Room. Cheers bro!

Draft. Pours a hazy bruin body with an off white head. Cherry skins, tart and lightly sweet. Speckled chocolate over cherries. Soft chocolate malt tones, bitter with a hint of sweet cherry chocolate . Very nice, clean and easy drinking. Solid offering.
