PhillyCraft (7922) - Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, USA - JAN 11, 2013
Growler from brewery, pours a clearish yellow gold with very thin white head that dissipated immediately. Aromas of granny smith skin, pear and some other very tart fruit aromas. Taste is a tart apple juice flavor, nicely refreshing for a cider.

rbrazell (1763) - Florida, USA - DEC 25, 2012
Draft at brewery. Pale golden pour with a tiny white head. Aroma of green apples, pear and a hint of sourness. Flavor was similar with good tartness. Liked this one better than the first offering.

dimenhetfield (2554) - , Florida, USA - DEC 24, 2012
On draft at Cigar City Tap Room. Darker then most ciders I’ve had in the past. Very apple forward, of course, slightly sugary but not overly exhausted. Liked this one a lot.

OmegaX (1383) - Florida, USA - DEC 14, 2012
Similar to the regular hard cider from CC, this one has an aroma of pungent, tart apples. Pour is yellow. Flavor is clean and tart apple, with a hint of sweetness. Less sweet that their regular hard cider. Nice.

Chipalsa (1310) - Florida, USA - DEC 14, 2012
Cider #2 from them.. Just a little better than the first offering too. The aroma was the usual apple juice like. Lots of tart pear and fresh crisp apple flavor with a cold, dry apple finish.

On draft at Cigar City. Pours a clear yellow with a white head. Nose is some apples and pears with hints of tartness. Flavor is also apples and pears with hints of tartness. A nice cider with some complexities.

pours a pale yellow with no head. Aroma of crisp green apples. Taste is substantially tart upfront with a small amount of sweetness in the finish. Very refreshing, i like this a bit more than their first offering
