CCB Tap Room. Pours cloudy amber with a small off white head. Aroma is sweet yeasty spicy fruity and malty. Flavor is very nice, sweet malty raisins spicy and fruity with a pleasant touch of bitterness. Finishes sweet and slightly bitter.

Draft… Hazy, deeply golden ale with a small, creamy, white head. Good retention. The aroma is a mélange of pale grains, white pepper and tropical blossom honey. Full-bodied and lightly syrupy with soft carbonation. The flavor is sweet and grainy, furnishing pale malts and white pepper spiciness. Mashy, grainy, sweet finish that is balanced out at the wee end with a hint of spicy bitterness. Unlike most tripels, this one doesn’t offend me. It doesn’t make me jump for joy either.

Tap at CCB. Nose is candy/Belgian yeast. Some light tropical fruit and a bit of light honey and grain. Pour is orange with a voluminous head of small bubbles. Taste is quite sweet with honey notes and some light spice and grain. A bit of light fruity esters complimented the yeast and sugary notes well. I like this one.

On draft at CCB, poured a pale yellow color with aromas of yeast and clove honey. Flavors are sweet honey, smidge of banana, and light fruit. NIce beer overall, some light malt flavors where thrown in tehre as well, and had a slight dry finish that made me want more.
