Hazy orange with a big white head. Aroma of cucumber, pepper, dill, green leaves and grass. Dryish cucumber-dominated flavour with some spice and herbs jhamp9 (1860) - Corinth, Texas, USA - JUL 27, 2012
Clear golden pour with a big white head that fades quickly. Aroma is a lot of cucumber and herbal. Taste is big on the cucumber along with some lemon and a little spice. Tart and dry. Interesting. boFNjackson (4201) - Portland, Oregon, USA - JUL 26, 2012
Bottle... Poured golden with a grayish head. Nose had earthy, herbal, cucumber-esq tones. Flavor wise, so much fresh cucumber flavor with hints that reminded myself I was still drinking beer. So refreshing. This beer is a foodies dream. Ripe vegetable flavors and yeast characters. yespr (45447) - Copenhagen O, DENMARK - JUL 25, 2012
75 cL bottle. Pours hazy yellow with a small white head. Aroma fruity, spiced and of cucumbers. Dry, estery and light wheaty. Mild tart and dry vegetables. Smooth and light spiced finish. Floback (550) - Indianapolis, Indiana, USA - JUL 25, 2012
Bottle from Decanted. Upon a careful pour, a cloudy golden orange body emerges with a sizable white head on top that retains well. Sour yeast notes hit the nose right away with a subtle vegetable note hiding in the back. Amazing how the cucumber really shines through in the flavor. More tastes include grass, soapy yeast, pepper, and citrus. Lively carbonation and light body. Refreshing, yet complex, just like a Saison should be. Nice work.

Pours a hazy gold, with a thick white head. Aroma of grass, cucumber and Belgian yeast. Taste follows. Crisp and refreshing. Great summer beer!

Bottle from RBC a few days ago. Notes say to enjoy this fresh, so I did. I can see how the cucumber flavor might "pickle," if you don’t. Aroma is straight up cucumber (without the skin) and light-typical saison. Flavor gets more of the cucumber skin and carries some light bitterness of the vegetable on the back end of the palate. Very unique and great offering. You have to try it to believe it. Ktwse (4887) - London, Greater London, ENGLAND - JUL 23, 2012
Pours cloudy golden with medium white head. Aroma is, well, cucumber. Also yeast, wheat and a hint of coriander. Taste is slightly bittersweet at first before turning into a and pleasantly bitter finish. The cucumber is strongly present. Body is medium and quite ceeamt with modest carbonation. nick76 (4399) - Tampa, Florida, USA - JUL 22, 2012
The aroma is very cucumbery with a touch of pickles, citrus, and honey. The appearance is light honey with a small head. The taste is exactly like the aroma. The palate is thin and refreshing. Overall it’s a very unique beer with a lot of character but I’m still trying to figure it out. SudsMcDuff (8429) - .....Manchester United.........., Texas, USA - JUL 22, 2012
