Copenhagen Beer Celebration, 2012. Pours hazy golden with a small white head. Cedar, wood, tropical fruit and a bit of pepper. White pepper. Really dry and warming.

75cl bottle shared by Joes. Clear yellow - light orange color, small white head. Smell malts, sweetness, apple, fruits, some herbs and -I guess- cedar wood. Taste malts, sweet, again probably the cedar wood, but a lot of herbs or spices again. A bit fizzy carbonation, medium body.

750 ml bottle courtesy of Craftbeerdesign (thanks Geoff!) poured a clear gold with a small lasting creamy ivory head. Aromas of grapefruit, cedar, white pepper, coriander and light orange zest. Palate was light bodied and crisp with a dry finish. Flavors of cedar, white pepper, grapefruit, coriander, light orange zest and light straw with a crisp dry lingering cedar finish.

From bottle at CBC, May 2012. It pours straw yellow, with a thick white head. The nose is herbal, citrus, farmyard, sweet fruit and some floral notes. The taste is tart citrus, farmyard, funk, wood, lactose, sweet fruit (grapefruit and white grape), herbal and vinous aspect, with a dry, slightly tart finish. Medium body and moderate carbonation. Easily the best one Ive had from this series.

[5/11/12] Draught sample at Copenhagen Beer Celebration. Slightly hazy golden with a white head. Aroma of wood, fruits, yeast, earth and some spiciness. Spicy flavor with wood, some fruits, slightly citric sourness, earth and some malt. Medium-bodied.
